.:James:. Possibly a Quiet Meeting

[Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy]

Scorpius walked through the castle before he headed out to one place that seemed pretty quiet for the time being. He knew that if anything one person could possibly show up in due time and that would have been Dannie. He shrugged it off as he checked around to make sure there were no practices going on for any house and no games. He knew that anyone who stumbled out here today wouldn’t plan on sticking around. He also knew this would be the only place no one would bother to look for him with the slight exception of Dannie. He set up a meeting with this person but he made sure not to tell anyone about it. He did ensure that everyone left him alone today and that no one would be following him around.

He leaned against the fence as he twirled his wand around in his hand. He didn’t like it when people weren’t ever early for a meeting. He turned to put his back against the fence so he could keep his eyes out for James. d*mn! When is he going to show up? he thought to himself as he glanced back when he heard a sound. He smiled as he looked up to see his green amazon flying towards him. He held out his hand for the bird. “Hey Chaos.” He said in a low tone. He took the note from the bird and skimmed it over before he stuck it in his pocket. He learned that Kota needed him to take Luke but he wasn’t going to leave until after he dealt with James Potter.

He knew that dealing with this Potter was going to be not only a handful but he had to proceed with caution as this was also Harry Potter’s son. He had a mutual understanding with Potter over James. He didn’t know how well he could up hold this understanding when it comes to the few things that he is choosing to deal with.

[James Potter]

James wasn't late but he was really early to meet up with Scorpius that he went up to the stands. In fact he was really early he decided to take a little nap until he came. He was pretty sure he would say something when he came. He thought about Parvati and about her parents. They weren't doing so well and he felt terrible for her. He wished there was something that he can do something about it. He closed his eyes and dreamt of her. She was all that he could see at the moment.

In the dream James was walking along hand in hand with Parvati and he loved the thought that he was dating her. To him she was the prettiest girl alive. He wondered though and hoped that things were going to change for them. He wondered if he was meant to be with her. Then all of the sudden Dannielle showed up in his head. And so did Phoenix. He was begging him to get Dannie back. He kept telling him he was trying. He then wondered what Dannielle knew about Scorpius.

He thought he heard a voice and sat up. Now's he's here great. We can get this over with! he thought to himself. Getting up and messed with his hair which looked a lot more like his father's now more than anything walked down to the field and walked towards him. "How long have you been here? I've been here for an hour now sleeping in the stands." he said with a small yawn. He was still tired and it showed a bit.

Scorpius looked to James as the man spoke and walked towards him. A deadly-darkened look crossed through his eyes as they slightly narrowed. “I’ve been here long enough!” he said in a cold almost bitter tone. He knew that this would not be the greatest in tones to use or start off with. Especially, with the topics that he wishes to address. “Too bad you didn’t fall to your impaling doom.” He muttered when James mentioned that he was sleeping in the stands. He glanced away for a second before looking back to James. “How does the great James Potter feel about meeting a supposed enemy?” he questioned.

He leaned against the fence but kept his eyes on James from the corners. “I want you to stay away and leave Dannielle Wood alone.” He said in a calm and collected tone. He didn’t really show any emotion in his tone but none the less he was going to address the issue. “it would be in your best interest to stop snooping around and if there is something you want from me or to know about me, have the balls to actually address me!” he said in a colder more deadly tone. He wasn’t planning on scaring the kid but if it came down to it, he wouldn’t hesitate to attack the Potter.

“Second, the feud between Potter and Malfoy, can die with our parents!” he said. “There is no reason that we should be continuing the d*mn feud.” He added. He was curious as to how James was going to react to that request. He didn’t think that James would go for it since he’s in the DA and everyone else is with the Gang. “That feud was stupid and childish. They started it they can die with it. Everyone else in the Potter family is fine with it dying.” He stated.

James looked at him for a moment and wasn't really surprised about his tone of voice. "Why would I fall to my impaling doom?" he asked him with a smirk on his face. He wasn't exactly sure if this was a good idea. The guy sounded like he was mad and angry with him. Somehow he's a Malfoy so that's not surprising. He listened to what he had to say next and looked at him in surprise for a moment. "I'm not Great James Potter. I'm just James Potter." he said for a moment. "Supposed Enemy?" he asked him. "I'm guessing by the word you mean you?" he asked him for a moment. "Not exactly sure yet. It's still sinking in!" he admitted to him.

James had to laugh for a moment. "That is impossible Scorpius. If you haven't noticed she's a Gryffindor." he said with a small smile. "Oh just like me." he said taking a step towards the guy. He was actually being a bit gutsy but he didn't care. "And if you really want to know she's been avoiding me everyday but I catch up to her from time to time in the Common room." he said for a moment. "There are times where I actually can get a word to her but then she says that confidiantal and she can't share the answer." he said for a moment. "But she did say this. She cares enough about you that she won't tell anything about you to me." he said. "I have to admit she is hard to break to get a secret out of." he said with a small smile on his face. "My main question to her was which now I'll ask you since you are here and boy you are a hard person to find by the way. What plans do you got for the Gang?" he asked her. "And for your information she was in training so she doesn't get any information on what we were doing when she joined the DA. As soon as they are at the right age she would have found out about the Slytherin Gang. She would have found out this year if she hadn't quit. But she did look bored for the most part." he said recalling to last year before she had quit the DA.

James snapped out of his thought when he heard Scorpius speak about the fued that their parents had. He thought about that and realized that he was right. "I think you are right but what makes me thinks this is all a trick Malfoy?" he asked him for a moment. "It could be away for you to get me to join your silly little Slytherin Gang!" he said for a moment. "You may have my brother but you don't got Lily or me. And I'm not quitting the DA for the your silly little Slytherin Gang and it's going down." he said looking at him. "Like it or not!" he added after a moment. "Tell me is this a stratgety to get another Potter on your side or do you really want this fued to end with our parents?" he said for a moment. "Tell me the truth." he added looking at Scorpius with a serious look on his face.

Scorpius smirked and couldn’t help but laugh as James asked about his impaling doom. “You might’ve fallen off the stands.” He said as he found the concept and idea amusing. He ignored James figuring’s on him as he smirked again while listening to him claim that he wasn’t the great James Potter. He laughed quietly under his breath, “Give the guy a cigar for guessing.” He said. “Maybe I should wait until you’re a little more awake so you are working on all six pistons instead of two.” He added. He did have to admit that James’s response amused him that he had to take it lightly. He also had to admit that it was better than he had hoped for.

He smirked as James laughed, “Actually, that is very possible and I can make it so.” He explained as he shifted his darkened eyes towards James. His amusement for the guy was treading thin waters now. “Oh, do you forget who I am and what I’m capable of knowing? Or did you honestly think I didn’t know what house you were in?” he questioned. “I don’t need Dannielle to tell me what the DA is up to.” He said, “But if I were you, I’d watch what I’d say to your dear old dad, Harry Potter.” He smirked. “That’s fantastic that she’s blowing you off. I’m sure she can do better though just as I am sure that you will try to come up with something else to try and break her down. But this is a warning.” He paused for a moment when the Gang came up. He smirked, “Right now, the gang is just planning an execution.” He said in a calm casual tone as if it was something he did on a day to day basis. Decided to change a few rules for the DA? That’s good knowledge to have.” He added. “Anything else you care to share?” he questioned. “It’s almost not even worth having a rivalry between the DA and the Gang now a days since the DA is falling and falling fast.”

Scorpius looked to James for a moment before he turned away and started to laugh. “A Malfoy trick?” he questioned. “You’re brothers agree with me. So does Harry Potter.” He stated with a shrug. “You would never survive the gang. They’d devour you in seconds.” He said. “For your information, I’ve already touched Lily on this.” He said in a more sinister tone as he turned to looked at James. “I wouldn’t stand you in our Gang. And if the gang is going down you are failing since the DA is what’s dwindling.” He said only to shake his head and laugh. “I don’t want you in the gang this is strictly about Dannie and the feud between our parents.” He said in a more serious tone.

"How could I?" James asked him for a moment. "They have railings that goes to the floor!" he said with a small smile on his face. He then thought for a moment. "Okay I can see if I had sleep walk which I don't do." he said for a moment. Six Pistons? he thought to himself. "I'm awake Malfoy. I'm just not so sure about well talking to an well supposed enemy!" he stated at him in a firm but gentle tone.

James listened to him speak and then saw his eyes were darkened. It made him jump a bit. He's never seen someone's eye that dark before. "How does all above answer sound to you?" he asked him as he took a step back. For some reason his guts were telling him to run but his feet were saying stay there. He listened to what he had to say. "Warning taken." he said for a moment. "Okay now I got my brain rolling with questions. What are you planning to do to Dannie? Are you just using her for fun or do you really like her? She seems to really like you!" he pointed out. "The DA isn't falling Scorpius. We are getting stronger. And we will bring down the Slytherin Gang." he said to him. "Oh which means I guess includes Dannielle. Or maybe you just be witched her to join the gang and now it's too late for her to quit isn't it?" he asked him for a moment. "What happens if a Gang member decides to switch sides?" he asked him for a moment. "What happens if you lose your precious Shayleigh to the DA even though I know that she won't switch sides. She knows that would probably tear your heart apart. You two have been through so much together haven't you?" he asked him for a moment beginning to sound more bravior.

James wanted to know what was so funny. "Yes a Malfoy trick. Malfoy's has done that before if I'm not mistaken!" he said for a moment. "Well I don't want to be in the stupid Slytherin Gang Malfoy!" he told him with an raised eye brow. "You leave my sister alone." he said to him. "We are stragetizing that's what we are up to." he said for a moment. He crossed his arms for a moment. "Okay so you spoke about Dannie and we talked about the fued between our parents. But have you notice it's a whole new war out here?" he asked him. "Two different people apart from their fathers. You made the name Malfoy a new meaning. I've made mine known pretty well too. Well mostly as the kid who kicks the soccer ball around but." he said for a moment. "MY NAME IS STILL KNOWN TO!" he said a bit loudly than he meant to sound. He wanted the voice to sound serious about it. "As for as I'm concern as long there is a Slytherin Gang there will always be a DA and a War between us. I'm leaving this year anyways. It's too bad you got held back last year. To think of it you could have taken up a position at the Ministry of Magic. I'm pretty sure Titus will hire you for something." he said with a smirk.

“I’ll have to do something about that so that people fall off it.” Scorpius said with a smirk. He decided not to dignify the man with a response to him sleeping and falling to his impaling doom. He glared at the boy, “Must you call me Malfoy?” he questioned in a rude tone. “I am a supposed enemy but we don’t need to be.” He stated.

He smirked devilishly yet amused by the response the James had. “Then it shows you underestimate me therefore showing that you don’t know your opponent at all.” He stated. He nodded when James accepted the warning. “In love with Dannie and or jealous that she went for someone of my calibre?” he questioned with a smirk and slight amusement seeping into his dry dark tone. “What I plan to do to and with Dannie is not of your concern.” He stated. “Just as my feelings towards her is not of your concern.” He smirked with a slight dark glistening light to his eyes, “She’s is a lot of fun to play with though.” He stated. “Try to bring down the gang. You’ll find yourself without house, home, or family.” He stated darkly. “The DA doesn’t hold a chance in hell against the Gang. What she chose to do was her own. What she will choose to do in the future, will be what she chooses based on the choices the gang provides.” He stated. “Just like the DA. As for Shaye, friend or not. She switches sides, I will kill her.” he added with the same darkness only to smirk and laugh. “It wouldn’t tear my heart apart. Sorry for your inconvenience.”

Scorpius shrugged, “I don’t know if it was it was before Draco as he wasn’t smart enough to pull anything off.” he shook his head, “I don’t want you in the f**king gang!” he stated. “I know what the DA is up to. I do know it’s a whole new war and different people. But that doesn’t mean that we have to continue the same stupid feud. As for Lily,” he smirked darkly, “I’ll take good care of her.” he stated. he shook his head, “you haven’t made a name for yourself with magic. And it’s pointless to continue it since you’ll always be listed as Harry Potters son regardless of your soccer ball.” He added almost sounding annoyed and bored. He smirked, “You don’t know much do you?” he questioned. “I was always a year behind. Since I skipped the first year I was suppose to attend due to family sh*t.” He stated. “I’m looking for a better position than working in the Ministry of Magic. I’m not up for following Draco.”

"You are really morbid you know that?" James asked him with a small smile on his face. He wondered why he wanted this meeting in the first place. He looked at him for a moment. "You actually perfered to be called Scorpius?" he asked him for a moment. He stood there rocking on his feet thinking for a moment. Enemies or not that is the question. he thought to himself. He wasn't sure how to or what to say for the moment. "I'll that about that one." he said with a smile on his face.

He watched the guy carefully. "Dannie is nothing more than a family friend who I tend to try to look out for!" he said with a small smile. He listened to what the guy had to say for a moment. "All right then." he said for a moment. "If she wants a guy like you then I guess I'll have no choice but let her. And I can see you are willing to stand up for what you believe in or for someone you love." he said with a small frown. "I know when to back off. But I can still talk to her since she's a family friend. I just won't ask her any questions about you." he said for a moment. He looked at him for a moment. Great Dannie is a lost cost. She quits she dies. he thought to himself. He made a note to tell that to his father.

James had to laugh for a moment. "You don't know?" he asked him for a moment. "Well for a guy who runs the Slytherin Gang doesn't know something." he said with a smirk. "Lucius Malfoy, not your son, and James Potter, my grandpa, also fought I believe. Actually I wouldn't know that. My father doesn't know that either but I wouldn't be surprised if they did. I mean our grandfathers did go to school together." he said with a smile. He looked at him for a moment with a small look on her face. "Are you trying to tell me that my sister joined the Gang?" he asked him for a moment. If that was true that would probably break his heart. His father knew though that he'll always have him on his side. "The soccer ball thing just an act. Phoenix can trust me and I know he knows what I can do Malfoy. I play it where people won't pay attention to the fact that I am a Potter. But I don't want to be known as Harry's boy James Potter. I want to be known for something better. Not going for an Auror. I'm planning on becoming a Professor for the Defense Against the Dark Arts when I get out of Hogwarts." he said. "I know enough and that's all you need to know." he said with a voice that he meant that. "And I didn't know that Scorpius." he said for a moment. "I just thought that was the year you were supposed to start." he said with a bit of a surprise.

Scorpius smirked and chuckled under his breath, “Wait till you find out about Cruento Wood.” He stated. “Then you can ask yourself if I’m morbid.” He added as he glanced to James. “Yeah, I do prefer to be called Scorpius. Just as I’m sure you don’t care to be called Potter all the time due to your father.” He shrugged, “Don’t take all the time in the world.” He said as he looked back over the pitch.

He didn’t really care for what James had to say about the family friends. “You know, She doesn’t need you any longer now that she’s in the gang.” He said in low dry tone. “She is safe with the gang. It’s you and your stupid DA friends that are making things real dangerous for her.” he added. “If you all just leave her alone, let her come to the dark side things would flow a little easier.” He glanced to James, “I always stand up for what I believe, for what is beneficial for the majority, and love.” He stated as he nodded, “Backing off is a better plan. There is that line between the DA and the Gang. You just can’t be friends with the other party. Don’t worry about Dannie and her safety.” He added as he picked things out. “I know that you don’t care for Shay, you were just asking in general or based on Dannie.” He smirked. “You are just as bad as Harry Potter.”

He smirked, “You don’t know how our grandparents where. It only makes you look like a fool when you ramble about things like that. I simply don’t care.” He said, “If it’s relevant then I’ll gather the information if it’s not, then I simply don’t care. And as for the Potter-Malfoy’s kids ending up in the same year. It’s broken.” He added as he shook his head. He smirked and chuckled, “That’s none of your concern but she is pretty cute.” He said as he glanced at James. “Again with the Malfoy.” He said in dry tone as he rolled his eyes. “Congrats on finding a path other than harry potter’s” he said with a laugh, “You a Defense Against the Dark Arts?” he questioned. “Now that is amusing. Thanks for the laugh Potter.” He glanced to james from the field, “You don’t know everything about me. I should be in seventh year. It didn’t work out that way. So I guess, you don’t know what you should know.” He added.

“I heard about your mom-Ginny right? And Ron Weasley. Sorry for your loss. Harry Potter seems to be a little out of it now-a-days.” He said looking back to the pitch. “Did you hear anything that happened to her? or Ron Weasley?” he enquired casually.

[James Potter]

James looked at him for a moment. "What are you going to do to Cruento?" he asked him with an raised eyebrow. He was curious a bit. He thought about the possiblities and wondered about it a bit. He snapped out of the thought when he heard him say something. "Actually yes I do get tired of being called Potter due to my father. But I correct them and tell them I'm not my father. I'm James!" he said with a small smile. "And then I make my leave." he said with a small smile.

He looked at him for a moment. "How so? Can't she have friends who aren't in the Gang but in the DA?" he asked him for a moment. "How come the DA and the Slytherin Team can't get along together and live a peaceful life?" he asked him with a small frown. He then realized who he sounded like just a moment ago. "Great I've been listening to Jedrek for to long." he said to himself mainly. "Now why would I just let her dive into a big ocean called the 'Dark Side' for?" he asked him for a moment. "Just keep standing up for her then. But like I said I'll back off but I'll still talk to her. Especially when she is having a hard time with homework." he told him. "What are you going to do about that?" he asked him for a moment. "I AM NOT MY FATHER!" he yelled. "I'M NOTHING LIKE HIM." he shouted for a moment. "He doesn't know how to play Soccer like I do." he said more calmly.

He just rolled his eyes at that comment. He also ignored him and he didn't even care. "Lily is my concern Scorpius. If you haven't forgotten she's my little SISTER!" he said screaming the point that Lily was his sister. He cared about her and that he knew for sure. "You better not hurt her or harm her or let her get hurt. Or you'll have to face me." he said with a threatening tone to his voice. "I am protective of her and wish I can do more for her but as it is she's in a different house. I'm the only one of my family that ended up in Gryffindor." he said for a moment.

James looked at him for a moment. "Thanks." he said for a moment. "My dad isn't out little out of it. He's right in the head. It's Hermione who is out of it. She's the one who's gone crazy." he said making a point. "No I havent. But I think they fought pretty well actually." he said with a small smile.

[Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy]

Scorpius looked to James with a smirk, “What do you care? Why are you concerned about the gang members? It’s not like you knew him or hung around him.” he said then smirked, “Well, you might have since he did start out in the DA.” he stated only to see what his reaction would be. He leaned against the fence once more as he looked away from James and listened to him. “Surely that gets old and boring having to repeat yourself that you’re not your father.” He said, “Why do you think I take pride in being better than Draco? People see and know me as Scorpius Malfoy, not Draco’s little prodigy.” He said with a bitter distaste at the end.

“Sure she’s allowed to have friends so long as they aren’t in the DA just like the DA won’t allow anyone to be friends with the members of the Gang. That works both ways James.” He stated as he looked back to James. He then raised an eyebrow, “Two different viewpoints.” He stated. “DA is a waste of time... no actually the Coalition is more of a waste of time.” He stated. “The DA isn’t a bunch of hypocrites. The DA is a pretty good challenge depending on who you are waging war with.” He said with a dark smirk and laugh. “Yeah, you should just give up the whole peaceful life sh*t.” He glanced to James, “I wouldn’t let Dannie fall when she jumps into the dark side. I’d catch Dannie.” He smirked. “For everything she needs, the Gang has her covered.” He stated. “Like I said, there are gang members in the same house as you. She’s well watched and protected.” He shook his head, “You don’t have to raise your d*mn voice!” he said sounding more annoyed. “You keep that up and you are freakin psycho!” he added in the same annoyed tone. “I don’t think anyone really cares that you place soccer!”

Scorpius smirked as he listened to James and caught that he might have hit a nerve. “Lily is a great girl. I enjoyed my time with her. I’ve made arrangements to free more of my time just to spend it with her.” he said. “She’s safe in my world.” He added then looked to James, “I don’t fear you! You are nothing in comparison to me. Just as she has nothing to worry about so long as she’s in my world and the clutches of the gang.” He said in that same tantalizing tone. Chuckling slightly as he glanced to James, “I do believe all your sibs are pretty happy they aren’t in Gryffindor with you.” He stated. “None of them wants to be in the shadow of Harry Potter.”

“How bad is Hermione?” he questioned right off the top. “I heard that she’s been going through a lot.” he stated, “I heard that you’re dad was struggling too with losing his best friend and his wife, not to mention the grandparents.” He added. “Did any of them tell you what happened to any of them?” he questioned.

[James Potter]

James looked at Scorpius for a moment. "Because I'm curious that's why." he told him. He usually was curious. Always had been. He's one who likes to look for answers or if something is curious he'll explore it until it can't be explored no longer. He looked at Scorpius and wondered why he was the way he was. "And his sister too. Why do you guys always have to take our guys for?" he asked him with a raised eyebrows. "It does but I handle it well enough. But I'm also trying to get people to see me for more than a Potter." he said to him.

James looked at him for a moment with an raised eye brow. "Wait a minute. I knew her before you even set eyes on her!" he said for a moment. "She should be able to have friends no matter what sides they are on." he said for a moment. "Well you are right about the Coalition. But the DA is better than that group any day. And some of you guys are very interesting to try to beat!" he said for a moment. And if Phoenix doesn't get anything thing started I will! he thought to himself. We need to save Dannie he added to his own thought. "How do they got her covered? Are you sure you don't have a plan to use her against anyone?" he asked her for a moment. "Oh really. I already know people probably think I'm a psycho so I don't got any worries and it doesn't matter what they think because I know who I am and I'm just as sane as you are." he said for a moment.

"You stay away from my sister." he said for a moment. "You know what you already have my brother and now you took my sister. What am I suppose to do to keep a relationship with them join the Slytherin Gang because if I have too I will." he said for a moment. "My family means a lot to me Scorpius. They are all that I got and I need them." he said for a moment. "I just talked to my brother. And we are back to talking terms. He's my little brother and Lily's my little sister. It's my duty to look after them as a big brother. I know you know what I mean by that." he said with a small frown.

"Beyond coo coo!" he said with a small frown. "And no they had not told me what happened. I was too busy fighting to see who killed them. And then I was too sad to find out. But then again I don't think you would tell me who did." he said for a moment. "I keep hearing you are the guy to go to for answers Scorpius. But then I wonder if you have to be in the gang for that." he said for a moment.

[Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy]

Scorpius shrugged as he listened to James, “Why should I feed your curiosity?” he questioned almost coldly. He never cared to talk about the gang dealings with the DA. “After all, that is the Gang dealings, not the DA.” he stated. He glanced at James when he felt the eyes on him from the Potter. “Why are you looking at me like that?” he enquired before he looked away, “They come to me, James. Not the other way around. Very seldom do I go out of my way to them.” he nodded slightly, “That’s the hard part, trying to prove that you are more than what past has shown.” He stated.

He smirked, “Maybe you have but she’s with us now.” He stated as he glanced to James and shrugged, “maybe so but the gang doesn’t tolerate it just as the DA doesn’t tolerate it.” He added. “And if she really cares about the DA members then she’ll attempt to leave the Gang.” He said as if he wasn’t really interested. “She’s not leaving, I know she’ll stay to the Gang.” He added then glanced to James, “The DA is a good challenge once in a while. However, once we defeat them they realize they should be in the gang.” He said with a smirk with a slight laugh. “That is none of your business in how she is covered and protected. That is for the gang to know only. Just as what is planned out for her is cla*sified to the Gang. Give me the DA check list and plans and I’ll debate answering your questions.” He smirked and laughed slightly, “A Potter psycho?” he questioned, “I thought Sev took that title.” He shrugged as he glanced back to the field, “Just as sane as I am? I’m not sane. Have you heard the rumours about my doings? They are enough to prove that I’m not sane. The fact that the Malfoy’s and the Potters can relate to each other due to our parents histories thats a different story.”

He smirked as he listened to James over his sister. “She’s beautiful and delicate... oh and her creamy skin that’s soft as silk.” He added then glanced to James. “I’ve already been around her and close to her.” he said with a smirk knowing full well that he was pushing the limits. He looked to James and shook his head, “You’d never survive the gang. They’d destroy you. Not to mention, I’d never accept you into the gang. I’d create a force against you if I had to and believe me I’d ensure that it continued until you’re head was placed on a stick out front of Hogwarts for all to see that the great James Potter eldest of Harry Potter was dead!” he stated coldly with a deadly look in his eyes. “Don’t even try for the gang.” He looked back to the field. “I understand about the older brother line but Sev and Lily are and can be well protected. You don’t need to worry about them.”

He nodded as he listened to everything that James had to say. He was almost surprised that James even fought in the war but then again, he would have to make Harry Potter proud. He glanced to James as he addressed the fact of his ability to know everything. He nodded, “Yeah, I’m usually the person to go to for answers, but how’d you know that? It’s only suppose to be the gang that knows that. Who told you?” he questioned before looking back to the field. “It depends on what is wanted, who’s asking and what’s in it for me.” He stated bluntly. “Who are you asking for?”

James looked at him for a moment. "Why should you not feed my curousity?" he asked him for a moment. "Afraid I'm going to let something slip?" he asked him for a moment. He wondered why he would do that but again he was Scorpius Malfoy and he, himself, was James Potter. He wasn't afraid to stand up for his own believes. "Who says I'm going to stay with the DA?" he asked him for a moment. "I could just quit any time I want!" he told him with a frown. "How do you manage to do that?" he asked him for a moment.

He listened to Scorpius speak for a moment. "Who says that the DA doesn't tolerate it?" he asked him for a moment. "I actually myself would tolerate it a lot. In fact I would welcome it." he said for a moment. "But then again I'm not the leader but Phoenix isn't doing a good of job and I may just have to over thrown him and become the leader and take manners into my own hands." he said with a small frown. He would do that too. He began to wonder if he should do that right now. "How do you know she won't quit the Gang? And the DA will never die!" he said for a moment. "I'll never give up." he added to that. "I'm not going to give you the check list. We don't even have one made!" he told him. "Okay so my little brother does have that title but I'm probably known as the crazy Potter!" he said for a moment. "You've murdered more than once but that doesn't make you insane Scorpius!" he said with a smile on his face. "And I agree on that one."

James stood there and listened to what he was saying. He didn't like what he was hearing and decided to take a swing at him. He didn't like how he was speaking to him about his little sister. He didn't think of his wand but he just wanted to show him how much he didn't like him looking at his sister or talking about her that way. It was his big brother instint that he had inside of him. He looked at him for a moment. "They wouldn't eat me alive. You are just saying that to scare me off." he said for a moment. He cringed at the thought of his head on a stick in front of Hogwarts and he didn't like the deadly look he was giving him. "I'll always worry about them!" he said for a moment.

"I got my ways too you know." he said for a moment. "Actually I've been watching who has been going to you and who hasn't." he said for a moment. He looked at the guy for a moment. "I got eyes and I do see what's going on with the school more than Neville Longbottom is. He doesn't do a very good job keeping an eye on the school. He seems to be a little crazy to me." he said for a moment. "And I'm asking for no one but myself!" he said looking at him in the eyes.

[size=0Scorpius was starting to get annoyed with James’s curiosity. “I don’t need to feed the curiosity of a DA member.” He stated in a dry tone. “No I’m not afraid that that you’d slip up, I’m just not interested in feed your curiosity.” He added. “You’re a lifer on the bright and frilly side of things.” He said in a light tone with a smirk. He shrugged, “I don’t think you’d quit.” He glanced to James, “What would you accomplish or achieve if you did quit?” he questioned. He smirked and looked away, “I do that by being on the different end than Draco. I do that by overpowering and doing things that Draco couldn’t ever do. Like having an elite harem” He smirked, “Killing where he couldn’t kill.” He glanced to James, “Harry Potter always strived to be good. You wanted out of his shadow, you should have crossed the line and become his opposite.” He stated.

He smirked, shook his head and looked away from James over the pitch once more. “The DA members. They might leak something to the gang.” He said. “That’s only because of your brother and sister. So you all could get along.” Thinking about their conversation as he listened to James, he had to smirk as he listened to what James said about Phoenix. “Now that would be worth watching and being involved with.” He stated with a slight laugh. He glanced at James as he was slightly impressed by James’s enthusiasm to keep the DA alive. “I don’t. They all make their own choices.” He said only to look away this time he seemed to be distant, “Whatever their actions are there are consequences.” He added, “Well it’s good to know that you don’t even have a check list.” He chuckled, “I’ve heard people say that you are just like Harry Potter.” He glanced to James, “I’ve murdered more than a dozen times. I’ve done everything that Draco Malfoy couldn’t ever do. Deep down Draco had a heart.” He looked away, “Draco just couldn’t defy his parents or the upbringing. Draco was a Slytherin but he couldn’t do a lot of things because it went against what the grandparents wanted. It was all about Status, the Malfoy name, the purebloods. I’ve heard a few stories about Harry’s up bring. If it wasn’t for the muggle world Draco would probably have wanted to switch places with him.” he shrugged slightly, “My grandparents weren’t what you called... decent when it came to issues and stepping out of line. My mother fit in well with the Malfoys. There was certain way things were to be and that’s how they were going to be. The Malfoy name is not tainted by any means but I’m running a very thin line. Murdering people isn’t want makes me insane.” He said.

Scorpius laughed as he moved from James, seeing the swing coming from the corner of his eyes just barely missing the attack. He turned back only to attempt to drill his fist into James’s stomach. “Don’t go throwing fists around if you can’t keep yourself protected.” He stated with a smirk. “You are very gullible.” He added as he looked to James. “You played right into it.” he said amused. “All that happened between Lily and me; is that we talked. She’s a sweet girl. Very annoyed with others but a sweet girl.” He stated. He smirked as he turned back to lean on the fence, “Actually, no. I’m not just saying that to scare you off. Most of the time it is said to scare people but when it come to you, it’s not a scare tactic. Not even my reputation could handle covering your a*s.” He stated. “Especially, since this whole Dannie thing.” He said then stopped himself from saying any more on it. He did understand where James was coming from with his siblings. He nodded slightly, “They might not always be able to stand you but they know that you’d always be there for them.”

He smirked and nodded as he listened to James. “So is there a reason why you’ve been watching me?” he questioned. “I like Neville Longbottom being busy dealing with other things. It means he’s out of our way.” He looked at James for a moment before he leaned on the fence. “What sort of information are you looking for?” he questioned. “I can’t guarantee that I’ll know but what information are you hoping for?”
