This was what she loved the most. The only thing that was missing was her best friends from the orphanage. She had never really wandered around Muggle London alone. She always had quite a few people with her. Now she was alone and supposed that she might have to get used to that, especially since most of those she knew at the orphanage and became friends with are being adopted. Kai was sure that by the time that she returned for Christmas break, some of her other ones would be gone, too. She hadn’t heard anything and she knew that if one was adopted, she would’ve received an owl about it.

Sure, the orphanage was a muggle one, but the director of it knew her well, knew she was a witch, and knew her history and Kai had taught her about wizard post. Using owls to send the letters. She was sure that the woman had gotten used to it by now. She had never received a message from them and she viewed that as good news. She smiled when she walked into her favorite ice cream store. She was taken here almost every day during the summer, after dinner. They were well known and the person behind the counter smiled at her and asked her if she wanted her usual. “I’m not with the orphanage today, sir. I’m on my own. I ran away from school. I’m afraid I can’t pay.”

She shouldn’t have told him that. He might end up reporting her to the orphanage. She hadn’t run away. She’d return later on. It was just a way for her to get away from her brother. Miles seemed to be hanging out in the common room today just to bother her. This was a great escape. Kai was in her territory now. She knew this place better than any other place in London. He smiled at her and gave her her ice cream for free and made her promise that she’d return to school. After promising, she walked out again and continued up the road, enjoying the pretty nice weather and contemplating going to the orphanage for a bit, deciding that it didn't matter if she got in trouble for not being at school.

Annabella was walking around in the streets of London. This wasn't the first time she's been to London. In fact she was there just this summer visiting Kai. She explained to the Director that she was Kai's big sister. Well one who cared anyways but was too young to get a house to taker into and she knew that she could have invited her to the manor but she seemed to think Kai would turn it down. She had some what of an idea of London but not a whole lot.

She found an ice cream parlor and walked inside. She smiled when she looked at the guy. "You look like Kai. I see her everyday after dinner during the summer." the guy said to her. "Well Kai is my baby sister sir. She's a sweet girl with a good head on her shoulders. Too bad Miles doesn't see it that way sir." she told the guy. "Who is this Miles?" he asked her. "Oh our big brother." she said with a smile on her face. "Well here take a free Ice Cream Cone and go visit that sisters of yours!" he told her. "Yes sir." she said as she took the ice cream cone and left.

"What a cool guy and what an awesome guy." she said with a satisfy smile on her face. She was quite happy to get a free Ice Cream Cone. Sure it was Vanilla but she wasn't going to complain. She walked around the streets humming a song called 'So this is Love' from Cinderella the Disney Cartoon version. She was thinking about Sevvie at the moment and she knew it. She wasn't paying attention to when she ran into someone. "Sorry about that." she said and that was when she realized that her ice cream was now on the ground behind her. "There goes my Ice Cream." she said with a small smile.

Kota had a secret doctor’s appointment in muggle London that no one knew about it and if they did they would only worry. Truth be told she has been really sick for about a month now and nothing was helping her get better. Not school, not her family. The only thing really keeping her going was her son Luke though must days she just was so stressed and down that she wanted to join her parents she knew that Scor could take care of Luke and Miles would help Annabella as for Kai she seemed to be able to care for herself and seemed to not care about Kota. Secretly Kota was sending money to the orphanage that Kai lives to help out with food and other things that the kids need she begged the director there not to say anything to Kai about it. Dakota was all about the safety of her siblings even if they hated her.

Looking down at Luke she smiled “Let’s get you some lunch” she said in a loving tone. Dakota Elizabeth Bletchley had only come to the muggle world once or twice and both times she was with Scorpius looking around she wondered how Kai could like this place over the magical world, Kota missed Kai she thought the girl would know that Kota didn’t care what group she supported or what Kai was like she was just happy the girl was healthy and happy.

Kota looked around for a place to eat and spotted Kai, smiling a little it was nice to see her and she wasn’t going to yell at her for not being in school because Kota herself was skipping out today. Picking Luke back up she moved closer to the girl. “Hey there Kai. Do you know where I could go to lunch? It’s Luke’s lunch time and I have to feed him, hey would you like a treat?” she asked hoping the girl would talk to her after all she had Luke and she knew that Kai wanted to see him.

"Hey Anna want to hold Luke for a little my arm is a little tired?" she asked her sister softly trying to hide her sad tone.

As she walked in the direction of the orphanage, she was suddenly picked up off the ground and swung around. Kai grinned at the older girl, someone that she knew from the orphanage. They chatted for a bit and at the end, she got her friends new number and address and was invited to stay with them sometime. Her adopted parents just stood back, not complaining about anything.

As she watched them walk away and realized that Annabella was walking towards them and that she was going to collide with them, Kai tried to warn her sister, but they collided. "Sorry, Laura," she said, rushing forward. "Annabella, can't you pay attention to where you are going? You're lucky you ran into Laura and not anybody else." She waved to her friend and was about to start walking again when she heard her other sister. Great, was Miles here too? Or someone else she'd rather not see? She hoped not.

Kai knew all the restaurants, but most of them were expensive. She tried to think of one that didn't ask for alot of money when it came to babies. For some reason, their food was more expensive. "I think there's one down here where babies under two years old eat for free. We go there sometimes. And I don't need a treat," she added, gesturing to the ice cream. "Spend that on Annabella." Kai looked at Luke and really hoped that he turned out to be good. She'd hate to have to disown the baby for being bad.

She lost all the thoughts about going to the orphanage when she saw her nephew. She should stay with them and made sure that he wasn't being brainwashed or anything. Kai wouldn't put it past them, especially if Malfoy was his father. If you wanna turn someone bad, you start at an early age. Unfortunately, Luke was at that age. "Two blocks away from here is a toy store, rather expensive, but great toys. Guy that runs it is a big kid himself, if you want to spoil the baby."
