Luke was bored in the common room. There was never anything to do at this school. He thought about going and finding Mary, but he'd heard that she had gone home for a little while. He would love to know where she lived and be accepted there as one of them, but Luke wasn't a vampire and he didn't think Mary's vampire father would allow him to stay there. It was too bad. He would probably like it there more than his home. His mother was simply unbearable.
He had joined the army just because he thought that she would like him to be in that group. After all, it had been death eaters that attacked thier home and murdered his father. Luke wasn't sure if that was the group for him, though. Same with, he wasn't sure if Gryffindor was the house for him. Mary was in the gang and he could join that alliance, be with her, but what about his mother? Sure, he didn't like her all that much, but he was only a kid and he had no other place to be. Luke didn't want her to kick him out. He couldn't live out on the streets.
He left the common room for awhile, but not finding anything to do or finding any of his friends, he walked outside and went to the greenhouses. Luke decided to just hang out there for awhile, looking at the different plants. Maybe he'd be lucky and he could come up with a prank that invovled them. He walked inside and sat down on one of the stools, bored out of his mind.

Hunting wasn’t usually something that she did during the day. She preferred to venture out when everyone was sleeping and return in the morning. She didn’t sleep, so she had all night to hunt and feed. Mary generally stayed away from Hogwarts grounds, too. She hunted local and no so local farms. She went all over England and Australia all in one night. It was pretty fun having all the time in the world to do whatever. What wasn’t fun was trying to keep up on your feeding habits, so you didn’t go blood crazy and attack everyone and anything. This day, however, she was hungry. She had to hunt. Mary ventured into the forest, deeper than anyone dared to go. They could get lost, run into some dangerous creatures and get killed. All she really had to fear was wolves, but that was only at night. There were no wolves this time of day. She knew that she’d be able to find her way back, all she had to do was use her sense of smell and she had a good sense of direction. There was no way that she could get lost and if she did, one of her vampire siblings would come and get her. Mary could always count on them. She was all for big game, animals that ran that were hard to catch. She loved the thrill of that. She was currently on the hunt for one. It had seen her coming and took off. She could still smell it, though, so she knew that it was around somewhere. Mary caught sight of it suddenly. It had stopped and was eating gra*s. It looked like nothing had ever chased it. Very quietly, she caught the animal and drank its blood, then she used her tongue to get the blood off her teeth and lips. Mary didn’t want to return to school with blood on her. Checking her clothes, she was glad that it didn’t drip. She stood up and went back to school. She didn’t know what she would do once she got there, but she knew that she’d find something. Maybe she’d find Luke and hang out with him. It may not be smart for someone in the gang to hang out with someone in the army, but she liked him and Mary was trying to get him to change sides. It wasn’t her fault that she hadn’t succeeded yet. She knew that she will. It was only a matter of time. Same with she would succeed with getting Patrick to change him. Too bad he wasn’t dying. She made it to the end of the woods and slowed to a walk. She was heading back to the school when she caught a familiar scent, which made her grin and turn towards the greenhouses. Mary walked quickly and stood in the doorway when she made it, looking at Luke. “Well, Well, what do we have here? Up to no good, are ya, Lukas?” outfit: www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=10200303

Luke looked up when he heard Mary’s voice and grinned at her. He wasn’t doing anything; of course he was up to no good. Whenever a known troublemaker wasn’t doing something it usually meant that they were up to no good and now with his friend here, they could really start causing trouble and it was going to be a good one. Together, those two were masterminds. His smile turned from one of joy to one of mischief. “Of course, I am. Are you looking to have some fun?”
He jumped off the stool and went over to her. He was thinking about who they could pull one on. His mother was always a fun target or even her boss. They could probably get Cory to help them out with that one. One of the teachers or maybe someone that wasn’t expecting it? Albus Potter came to mind for that one. Luke wasn’t sure if Mary would go for it, since he was in the gang. They could pull one on someone in the army. There was James, Eric or Phoenix. But a fun one could be pulled on Albus. “Hey, Mary, do you have a problem with a prank being pulled on someone in the gang? I was thinking the perfect victim would be Albus Potter.”
Now to come up with the perfect prank for him. Paint had been done. He didn’t want to dump paint on him anyways. That was boring and only amateurs worked with paint. Luke was no amateur and besides that, paint was overused. It seemed like everyone wanting to pull a prank uses that stuff. “We have to come up with the perfect prank for him and no paint. It’s overused and boring. Something bigger and better than dumping paint all over him.”
