Skylar walked through the forest as he did a little hunting of his own. He needed to get a break and get some time away from everyone else as they were starting to get under his skin. He knew that everything at this point in time was crazy as everyone was getting ready for the big Slytherin Gang Halloween bash at his place at the end of the month. He also knew that it was Scorpius’s seventeenth birthday that night. He started to wonder what all would come and happen on that night. He started to wonder if maybe the boy was going to change his mind. He paused to watch a herd of deer slowly moving through the blue era. He liked this time, as it was just after twilight and right before pure darkness. He knelt down as he watched the deer. He listened to their heart beats and the blood pulsing through their veins.

After a while of watching they moved on, he noticed a few that were falling behind the rest of the herd. He smirked as the black strips crept over his skin, his eyes turning to crimson as his fangs grew out. He moved swiftly and quietly as he dodged around the trees and over the forest grounds until he was right by the deer. He instantly attacked it, shoving it strongly as it struggled to the ground with him as he found the veins with ease and bit into the deer’s neck. He could taste that sweet bitter coppery flavour as he took in the blood. He felt the pure pleasure it brought him as he sucked and drank the blood. He knew that it was a feeling and a pleasure that isn’t very common as they have new modern ways to get blood. After he fed, he pulled back from the deer. He could still hear it’s heart beat. It was weak but he knew that it would survive unless another wild animal got to it. He knew that chances are wolves would take it.

He got up and continued on his walk around the forest as the blue turned to night. He glanced at the brightly lit sky due to the stars. He made his way back to the haven as he thought about everything that had been going on. He knew of his deal with Scorpius and had been thinking about it. He knew that his friend wanted to be changed that night. He also knew that his sister wanted to be changed. He wondered if Scorpius would release Callie long enough to do that on the same night or if Scorpius will back down. His mind still moving through all his thoughts as they settled into the sword that a few of his childer’s have brought back to him. It was meant to be a gift for Scorpius on the night of his birthday. However, he started to wonder if he should not give Scorpius the sword as Whisper had been extremely concerned about it all.

”Whisper, Love. Come, join me on a nightly walk. The skys are clear and bright with stars, there is a sliver of a moon. It is a wonderful night.” he called out to his love. He did have a troubled mind this night, as time was changing and growing. He had a lot to think about and a lot to decided yet he didn’t have as long as he had hoped for.

Whisper was lying on her bed as she flipped though a book, it had been a really quiet day and she was extremely happy about that she was not one for yelling and screaming and sometimes that what this house was always filled with it. Whisper was not the type to like screaming or loud noises she wasn’t called the calm before the storm for nothing after all. Though the down fall to it being quiet was that she got bored easily. She had done a lot today from hunting to feeding to gathering blood for the family. It turned she was a great hunter and tracker and took turns with Tristan and Aidan in gathering for the family so that the boys had a break once and awhile. She was happy that she was starting to feel as if she really was helping around the big house.

Whisper sitting up suddenly she head Skylar in her head smiling happily she got up and placed the book on her desk before going over to her closet and pick out a simple jean and t shirt outfit smiling to herself as she continued to listen to Skylar. ”I’ll be right there my love. You know I can’t resist a walk with you and the moon” Whisper know that with Scorpius’s birthday coming things were getting a little nerve racking for Skylar when he wasn’t having a good night Whisper always would know she just had a way of knowing when something was wrong with him.

Stepping out of the haven she pulled her hair up and into a pony tail before she took off quickly she smirked as she entered the woods she loved the speed that came with her new life she was so happy that she was allowed to join her love Skylar she would not change it for the world she was happy for the first time in her life who know that it would take dying for her life to finally be happy and wanted. Smiling as she stopped behind Skylar and kissed his neck softly. “How are you doing my love?”

Skylar relaxed as he waited patiently for his love to arrive. He already knew that she figured what had been on his mind. He was just grateful that Tristan had his act together for the time being to help out instead of adding to everything. He did wonder though if Whisper picked up on the fact that he was planning on meeting this girl, Dannielle Wood, the very girl that got Scorpius all tangled in things. He moved slightly when he picked up the scent and sound of his love. He smiled when he turned to face her. “Whisper.” He whispered into the night air.

He knew that she was the most beautiful creature on two legs that he had ever seen and she got more in his head and knew him better than any other woman he’d ever been with. He relaxed to her very touch as he smiled faintly before he put his arms around her and drew her closer. “I am doing fine now.” He whispered before he kissed her gently, “There is a lot going on and much to do.” He said. “I do have to wonder if you girls have anything done and prepared for the party this year.”

“I have made arrangements to meet this Dannielle Wood.” He told Whisper as he started to lead her through the forest. “I figured that she has played a part in Scorpius’s life and he has approached me to ask if she could sing a few songs at the party this year.” He told her. “I’m sure you can convince Yumiko and Yuriko to let it go and allow it to happen. However, I figured it was about time I take a step out and meet this girl. Find out how things really are from her point of view when it comes down to Scorpius.”

Whisper smiled as Skylar turned to face her there was no sneaking up on him which she tried just to see if one day she could pull it off. Wrapping her arms around him she relaxed and mocked a sigh. She loved being with him and lately they have been a part due to all the issues going on with Kota and Scor and Callista. Skylar helping Scor and she was watching Callista and Kota, that was a chore those two girls were crazy sometimes well mostly Callie for Kota had calmed down to be with her son.

Giggling as he pulled her closer to him and said he was fine now that she was there. Skylar always knew actually what to say to make her feel all warm and loved. She knew that he loved her and she loved him so much and had no fear that there was no love anyone that watched them would see that they acted almost as one both knew what the other was going to do and they fought at others side and made a great team. She kissed him back and listened to him. “Well I am planning that thing Scor wanted for Dannie and Yumiko as been doing the rest on her own.” She said honestly knowing that he was not going to be happy that she was not doing that much to help but at least she was doing something.

Whisper walked at his side linking arms with him as she listened to him the funny part was that Scor had asked the same thing that Skylar was telling her now and she was already setting that all up for the girl. “Well I have not talked to Yumiko yet but I have already started to arrange things for her to sing that night.” She said not commenting on her thoughts of Crew’s little sister. It’s not Whisper didn’t like the girl it was just she didn’t trust her just yet.

Skylar looked into Whispers eyes before he hugged her tightly and kissed her gently. It has been some time and he was grateful that there was now a time and chance for him to be with his mate. His mind wondered if she now understood why he would do and take anything he could get when he could when he was with her. He caressed her cheek gently. “How are the ladies?” he questioned knowing that she must be at the point that she wanted to kill the two girls. He knew with everything going on it would be a while yet before everything with Scorpius and the girls would be over with. He just hoped that Whisper could hang on and not flip out at them just yet.

“Why is everyone dropping this ordeal on Yumiko?” he asked in a strong tone. “Did I not split it out between many of the girls? Not just Yumiko?” he enquired before he shook his head slightly, “Yumiko shouldn’t be doing all of this on her own. What is Yuriko doing?” he looked to Whisper. He knew that Whisper was under a lot lately so he wasn’t going to come down on her for not helping Yumiko. “I have made arrangements to meet and speak with Dannielle Wood. I am curious about her.” He stated openly. He knew that he didn’t have to fear telling Whisper when a girl caught his curiosity as he fully belonged to her. “Did you need any a*sistance in setting things up for Dannielle?” he questioned. “I believe to take some of the stress off her, I’ll talk to Kita to perform as well. That way it’s not just all Dannielle.” He added.

“Scorpius has come to speak to you then?” he questioned with a gentle smile as he walked with his love. “I do wonder if he has said anything to Callista yet about this.” He glanced up at the night sky. “Callista is not going to like this party this year. There are a lot of changes to it. Scorpius might push back his change. He has mentioned that he is thinking about asking Dannielle to be his girlfriend but it all depends on how Dakota, mainly Callista take to her. How things work out. If that is the case, Scorpius said he might not change right away.” He glanced to Whisper before he kissed her on her cheek. “What have you heard about this girl and make of her?” he questioned.

Whisper smiled and hugged him back she loved days it was just the two of them resting against him for a minute before she kissed him back. Whisper had to wonder if Skylar knew how much she missed him when they could not be together she really hated it; like really really hated it. Whisper held on to him tightly and smiled up at him as he touch her cheek gently she loved his touch. “Yumiko is stressing out I am trying to help her but I can only do some much and Yuriko is off doing something else I’m not sure she is even helping her sister with the party” she said honestly she never lied to Skylar even if he was going to be mad at her.

Leaning against him she mocked a sigh as he asked about Yuriko; “You know her she seems to be off in her own little world; I think she and Tristan are going though something again its a little annoying but I am trying not to say or do anything that she is not helping us. I am so tired of having to deal with the yelling and poor Yumiko in tears that she has to do this alone.” She said in an annoyed tone yes it was true she was not helping the girl either but she was also asked to do something to. “ She is a weird one always happy, it’s a little spooky” she said with a laugh she just was so freaked out that Dannie was so happy she could not get pa*sed it.

“Well I was thinking it could be Kita, Callista and Dannie performing that way Callista sees that she and Dannie have the music thing in common” she said softly as she spun around and stopped as she was facing him and smiled. “You know that Callista hates Halloween it reminds her of her past that’s why I was hoping that it would be a none costume party so that her nerves would be okay for his party.” She said in a soft tone; Whisper smiled and kissed him back “Everything will be fine as for what I know about Miss Danielle Wood not a lot everyone calls her a spy”

Skylar held her close and tightly as he took in her scent. He had to admit that he was enjoying the time. He did figure that she was enjoying herself since it has been a while since they could be together and alone. He kissed her deeply on the lips before he started to kiss her along her jawline and down her neck. He smiled at her as he gazed into her eyes. “I will have to deal with them when I get back. Right now, I wish to enjoy my time with you.” He said in a tender tone before kissing her on her cheek.

“It is October and Tristan usually goes through things. However, he hasn’t left nor has he been drunk.” He stated, “There must be something going on for him. I may need to have a talk with both of them. It would probably be wise for you to stay clear of those two for now.” He stated. “Mainly Tristan. I’ll have to see about the reason for Kita’s absence on this.” He looked to her as he picked out her tone. He knew that she wasn’t pleased and she could snap at any one of them soon. He smiled with a slight laugh, “I believe that would be Scorpius’s fault for her happiness.”

“It will not be a wise idea for the two of them to perform together. We’ll ask Callista to perform after Kita.” He said. “Then Dannielle can perform. If she goes on before Callista we will have a war on our hands.” He smiled back at her as he looked into her eyes, “The costume’s are up to those who wish to dress up. I’m not fond of the costumes either as they try to mimic us however sometimes it is amusing.” He said, “This isn’t just for Scorpius and his birthday. We should be polite as well since Scorpius is bringing Dannielle to this as his date, they do share the same birthday.” He said. He wasn’t sure if she’d pick up on his little hint about their birthday and how they should be polite but he chose not to go into detail. He kissed her gently, “We will need to find out if she is a spy. For Scorpius’s sake, I do hope she’s not.”

Most the time Whisper was Skylar’s eyes and ears around the house while he was away so she always knew everything about all her family members smiling as he kissed her tenderly and stated that he wanted to enjoy his time with her; hearing that would have made her heart melt if she had a beating heart that is. “Oh I am not planning on going near Tristan in less I have too” she said honestly as she rested in his arms. “Well here is the four one one” she started as she looked at him lovingly “Your news additions to our lovely family is dating and in love with a human from hufflepuff she is spending a lot of time with him, so ten to one she is blowing off helping to be with him” she said softly.

Scorpius did know how to make a girl happy so maybe it was because of him that the young girl was so excited and happy she shook it off and smiled. “This Dannie girl isn’t that bad but we will have to see I just don’t trust her yet” there was just something about her that rubbed Whisper the wrong way. “I don’t even know if Callista will perform she hasn’t been herself between us I think she lied to Tristan about being okay with him not wanting to be with her, she might be taking it hard but if she agrees I’ll have Callista go first then Kita and then Dannie” she explained her plans so him so he knew what she was doing and thinking.

Looking into his eyes she started to feel calmer and smiled again “ I know it’s Dannie’s birthday too I had Yuriko look into it when Scor first started to get interested in her, Scor doesn’t know how many girls are looking out for him in this it’s not just Callista but Yumi and I as well as Kota quietly.” Scorpius was one of Whisper’s closest friends when she was still human they were tight and now it only got stronger and stronger every day. Whisper kissed him back pa*sionately and lovingly as she pulled away to look at him.

“Love, I know this is off topic but I am worried about Blake; he doesn’t leave his room only to sneak out and back without facing anyone. He is really taking the death of that girl harshly”

Skylar looked into Whispers eyes knowing that her heart would have melted had it been beating. He smiled gently towards her taking comfort in the fact that he could still make her warm and tingly, even for someone was had no actual heart beat. He held her close as he nodded to listen to everything that had been going on in their family. “It’s about time that Kita has found someone but to be blowing off family things is not acceptable.” He stated as he shook his head. “None the less, I’ll still have to talk to Kita about this. Not to mention, I’ll have Scorpius scope the man out and see what is up with him.” he added.

He nodded, “Yes. I have walked with the girl and I do know firsthand on why Scorpius is interested in the girl. However, there are many who do not trust her and that could pose a problem. I do believe that if they are not careful this could back fire on them both.” He said, but he was curious as to what it was about her that had Whisper and everyone so on edge with her. He started to wonder if everyone wasn’t up to something. He looked back to Whisper, “She has been lying but Tristan knows the truth. We can smell lies.” He stated before he nodded. “We’ll need to find out how things go and falls before we make final arrangements on who will perform and when.”

He nodded as he listened to everything that Whisper had to say when he smiled, “I don’t think he should know either. If Scorpius was to know how many girls was looking out for him, it might bother him.” he stated with a slight gently chuckle. He kissed her before he picked her up only to take a seat in the gra*s where he held onto her.

Whisper smiled at him as she held him as they walked “Kita is in love can’t blame the girl” she said softly as she thought about it all the only ones around now for family were Tristan, Yuriko, Skylar, Kita and herself. Aidan and Yumiko went off together and Izzy, Chase, Angelus, Jasper and Deme took Blake and Natalia she really missed the girl but she didn’t want to say anything to anyone about it. It was so quiet with all of them gone and part of her wanted them all back but knew in time they would stop in. Whisper thought about it and honestly it was a good thing that they disappeared because in a few days the decision for the Malfoy’s and Kota would be here and they would be deciding about their future. “His name is Magnus Skyblade and he is crazy if you ask me. He is always so happy it is scary” she said without thinking.

Resting her head on Skylar’s shoulder she mocked a sigh and smiled “I finished it all for his party it just needs to be set up later on. I always got a coffin ready if he decided to change that night” she said happily proud of herself for thinking of everything. “I know she is lying it’s like Dannie wants to live a double life by keeping all her friends but staying in the gang she just needs to realize that she needs to drop those kids and make friends with the other gang members” she said as she looked around and giggled. “I agree though I have a secret and I think I know why Kota is so sick lately” she said softly.

She giggled as he picked her up and sat on the gra*s she leaned against him and closed her eyes before she opened them and smiled “I love you” she whispered. “No I agree he shouldn’t know about all the girls but I think he should know that Kota’s is pregnant again.”

Skylar nodded as he chuckled and listened to Whisper. He couldn’t argue with her and her take on the man that seemed to have captivated Kita’s heart. He did have to admit that it could have been a lot worse. He shrugged slightly, “That is still no excuse for the girl to be avoiding the responsibilities around the haven.” He stated. He then started to think about more of Magnus Skyblade. “I know about him. I have Scorpius investigating that human.” He stated. He realized after he said it how it must have sounded. He smiled faintly as he just left it was it was. “His type of personality might be difficult to get use to but it might be a good thing to have in this house.” He added.

He nodded, “It’s going to be an interesting night.” He stated. “I do have to say I wonder who he is going to take or if he’s going to go on his own and just meet everyone there.” he looked to Whisper and kissed her on her forehead. “It will be a night that none of us will forget. As great as it would be for Scorpius to be a Vampire...I don’t know how ready the world is for him.” he added. “Scorpius is a strong wizard and he’ll be stronger with the vampire’s abilities to back him up. I have no idea if this world is ready for such a change. None the less, I’ll honour him if that is what he wants. I know he’s a good man. And I know it won’t go to his head.” He nodded, “Thank you Whisper.” He said with his tone showing how proud he was of her for doing all of that.

“We will need to have a talk with that young lady. She’ll need it to be explained to her that she can’t have both. She’ll need to choose one or the other especially if she wants Scorpius.” He said, “However, I don’t know how well that is going to work out once she learns what Scorpius is planning to do to her oldest brother.” He looked to Whisper, “Maybe you could help her with that.” he said with a smile. “Why is she so sick lately?”

“I love you, Whisper.” He whispered back to her. He held her close to him and kissed her. “She is?” he questioned. “From that night that Scorpius, Kota, you, and myself went out to send the others off?” he asked. “I figured those two were drunk and a little too close.” He added with a slight nod. “Has anyone mentioned it to Scorpius yet?”
