[Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy]

Scorpius glared at Skylar and a few others when they told him to go investigate this new character hanging around their youngest girl, Kita. He wasn’t impressed when Skylar’s only reason was they both were humans. He knew which guy Skylar was talking about since it was the only rainbow coloured kid in their school. He shook his head as he wasn’t looking forward to meeting up with the guy. He grabbed parchment and a pen only to quickly jot down the note of where to meet him and when before he sent it off with the owl. He grabbed his wand. He tossed it in the air a few times and caught as he thought about how this all was about to go down.

Making sure that he had a running list of spells, hexes, and anything else that he needed in his mind just encase. He had a few run-ins with Magnus over his sister so he was fully prepared to kick his a*s if not severely harm him if need be. He grabbed his cloak and took off from the dorms. He chose a more discreet area to meet with this one. He headed towards the forbidden forest. It’s been a long time since I’ve been down here... the last time I was here was a year ago give or take a few days. he thought to himself. He glanced around as he made his way back. And the culprit always returns to the scene of the crime at some point in their life. his thoughts continued.

He shook the thoughts from his mind as he didn’t want anything showing on him when Magnus showed up. He wasn’t going to give the rainbow kid to get the upper hand. He already knew that Magnus would have been snooping around in his life. He ducked into the woods slightly only to be covered by the shadows as he didn’t want to be seen or known that he was already there. He was curious to just sit back and watch Magnus for a bit to see what the man would say and do.

Magnus having just received the owl from Scorpius scrambled to get his things together to meet up with him. “I wonder what he wants”, Magnus said while grabbing his wand. He grabbed his spells and readied several of them, he did not know what was about to happen at the forbidden forest. He knew that Scorpius hated him so he had to be ready for anything. “Perhaps i should bring some sweets to, gotta sweeten him up again so he nice to me”, Magnus stated as he grabbed his bag of candy. He put some glue in his hair to make sure it wasn't gonna fall on him and he hopped on his broom and left the castle through a window.

It was a dark night at the Hogwarts grounds. The moon was covered by the clouds at the moment. Magnus grabbed his wand and cast the lumos spell. The wand tip lit up and illuminated his path. Magnus remembering that he only had a few minutes to get to the forbidden forest he picked up the pace. Magnus began to wonder why Scorpius chose the forbidden forest of all places to meet. It is so desolate and cold. “Perhaps Scorpius plots to off me”, Magnus mumbled under his breath. Magnus was only a minute away from the forest, “now to find him” Magnus said.

Magnus landed just outside of the woods. His wand was still illuminated to light his path even though the moon was now shinning brightly. It was actually a full moon that night, he could hear the wolves howling and the other dark creatures of the night stirring. “Hey Scorpius I'm here, where are you”, he called out. Magnus started roaming about the woods looking for Scorpius. Magnus knew he wasn't late arriving. “Perhaps Scorpius is hiding from me, to bad i don't know an invisibility spell to cast on the trees to reveal his location”, he said. Magnus decided to sit next to a tree and wait for Scorpius to come out and tell him what he had summoned him.

Scorpius remained in the shadows as he waited for Magnus. He leaned against a tree as he waited. He glanced back to look around only to glance up and see him flying in. He shook his head, Show off. he thought to himself. He smirked darkly as he heard that he figured he had to find him. He shook his head. He didn’t understand why the man seemed so on edge. He’s the one that wanted to deal with him. He shook his head as he listened to everything that Magnus had said. He kept his wand ready but at the same time he kept it out of sight.

A black and white husky with blue eyes appeared snarling and growling at Magnus. “Demon.” He said strongly, as the dog stopped and looked into the darkness of the forest. “Lay.” He added in the same bold tone before the dog lied down. He walked out of the darkness. “I got bored in waiting for you. You were almost late!” he stated as he still remained partially in the shadows of the forbidden forest. “It’s good to know that for once you didn’t shout or yell.” He leaned against a tree with his arms crossed. “What’s your deal?” he questioned.

He watched Magnus from the corner of his eyes. He wasn’t sure yet what exactly it was that he was looking for but he did know that the man needed to earn his trust. He also knew that Skylar was looking for something, anything from this guy. He glanced to his dog than back to Magnus. “Just to let you know, my dog is still on guard and any sudden moves he might just attack. And if he attacks than I’ll have to do something because otherwise you’ll turn him in and I could lose my dog.” He stated in cold tone. “Believe me, you don’t want to be the one that would cost me my dog.”

Magnus caught a whiff of the cologne Scorpius was wearing. “So you finally arrive”, he said. “I thought it was going to be you that were going to be late.” Magnus paced back and forth, never losing the scent he had acquired. “Nice dog, and quite obedient, at least I hope it is”, he said sarcastically. “Why did you bring him, it’s not like I’m going to attack you or something, and I have no reason to duel you”, Magnus stated while kneeling down to the dog. Magnus slowly moved his hand toward Demon as not to scare him, “here now I am not your enemy.”

Magnus watched as he saw Scorpius step slightly into view. “You thought I was going to be late?” he said, “now that is insulting”. “Actually I thought you were late for how long I had to wait and look for you, you know it’s not polite to keep people waiting eh?” Magnus said jokingly. “And I only shout or yell to be dramatic, it adds a little mood to the atmosphere when it’s boring”, he said while putting his wand away. “Why don’t you do the same the Scorpius, it’s not like we’re going to fight now, I know that’s not why you called me all the way out here.”

Magnus started pacing back and forth again, thinking about the real reason he was summoned to that secluded area. “Now let’s get down to the real reason I’m here shall we”, Magnus stated cautiously. Magnus new that he had to be careful about what he said to Scorpius seeing what could happen to him. “I have a feeling you have a bidding for me to do seeing I am the newest unwanted member of your gang”, Magnus smiled. “Or is it that I am dating Kita and you’re checking up on me to make sure I won’t hurt her.” Magnus smiled again, “Well whatever it is you’re up to the end result will be pleasant for both of us.”

Scorpius smirked as he listened to Magnus. He noticed the man picked up on his scent of cologne only to look at Demon. He shot a glare at first over to Magnus before he turned his attention elsewhere. “Demon is very obedient. I trained him myself from the time he was a pup.” He stated in a proud tone as he looked to his dog. “Demon normally follows me around Hogwarts or in my dorm. But when I come out here, to the woods, I always take my buddy.” He stated clearly. He smirked and chuckled slightly while under his breath. He couldn’t believe that Magnus thought they were going to duel. He watched Magnus and Demon.

He smirked, “It’s worth making another person speak to themselves. You can find out a lot because they will actually speak out loud.” He stated, “It gets on peoples nerves especially when you’re a vampire!” he said in a cold dry tone. He twirled the wand around his fingertips as he watched Magnus. “No, I didn’t call you out here to fight or duel. I’m on a mission. I’m to find out what I can about you.” He stated. “And for your information, I rarely put my wand away.”

“Is there a reason why you’re so loud? Is there a reason for your... flamboyance?” he questioned as he looked the man over. “Whats with all the colors? Whats with all the standing out... stuff?” He questioned as he looked the man over. “You’re loud while flamboyant. What is your relationship to Kita Bradley? Do you know what you are getting into with being around her?” he enquired. He figured since the man wanted to get right down to it then that’s exactly what he was going to do. “We’ll need to get to the gang soon enough.”

Magnus eyed up Scorpius to get a good feel of the man and how he presents himself. “Ya know let’s talk about you before we talk about me. You seem to be a very clever man, able to get whatever it is you want at the tip of your hat. Girls kill each other over you....I would pay to see those fights, chick fights are kind of fun to watch. And this gang you have that I so happen to be in they do whatever it is you want them to.” Magnus rambled on. He finally stopped to pull something out of his pack. He did it slowly as not to spook Scorpius or demon. Magnus pulled out a large T-bone for demon.

Magnus leaned up on the tree next to Scorpius. “So you want to know about me, my deal. Ok I’ll tell you then”, he said. Magnus turned to stand in front of Scorpius to look him straight in the eyes. “I am loud so I know people hear me, for too long in my life I was the spoken and unheard. Being colourful is who I am; it comes with me being a musician and most importantly an individualist. See I am a lively person, can’t sit still for more than 5 minutes, and my colours and flamboyant personality help reflect that.” Magnus walked closer to Scorpius as if to step up to a fight. “Kita Bradley is my girlfriend. Yeah you can laugh it up if you want that I actually got someone as sophisticated as her. All I haver to say is I would die to protect her, and I shall stand up to all that try to harm her in an way shape or form. You could say I love her. Oh and yes I do know she is a vampire and I love her and respect her still, and if I wish to spend the rest of eternity with her, I know I would have to change before long.”


Magnus backed off from Scorpius, he really did want to fight, just prove a point is all. He started pacing back and forth debating the next thing to say or ask. “I would like to tell you about me and the gang”, he said still pacing. “You should know I will do anything that you do ask of me, and not just for my sake for the sake of chaos and for kita as well seeing she is a member.” Magnus paused and looked up, “I would like my first a*signment please LORD Scorpius.”

Scorpius smirked as he watched Magnus and Demon. He listened to everything Magnus had to say about himself. “I don’t wear hats.” He said in a low dry tone, almost as if he sounded annoyed at that point. He listened to Magnus ramble on and on. He didn’t know what the point was. When Magnus stopped to give Demon something he watched cautiously. “You slipped anything to my dog and I’ll kill you and decorate the grounds with your remains!” he stated coldly. “What’s your point about me, the gang,” He paused for a second as he was still amused by the girl comment, “and the girls?” he questioned. He didn’t get what Magnus was getting at. “Yes, I’m clever. I’m a Malfoy. It’s expected; among other things.” He added.

He watched Magnus now from the corners of his eyes as he leaned against the tree facing into the darkness of the forest. His eyes narrowed as he watched Magnus move in front of him. Who the hell does he think he is? He thinks he can stand in front me like that as if he can take me on? Make me scared and cower against a tree? he thought as the deadly look flashed in the background of his eyes. He listened to everything Magnus had to say. “One, you’re in the gang! People will listen to you! Two, the vampires won’t put up with your yelling! Skylar and the others will tear your insides out! Kudos to you and your individualism.” He said as he didn’t care about the man’s individualism. He glared darker at Magnus when the man moved closer. He brought up his wand and with a quick flick of the wand, “Flipendo” he said as Magnus was shoved back away from him. “One note you should know about me” he started as he pulled off the tree and stood straight and tall, “Don’t EVER get in and close to me!” he stated in a cold tone. “As far as Kita is concerned, I’m not laughing! She’s a sweet girl with a great voice, hot body, and can move in ways that makes her delectable.” He smirked, “She doesn’t need your protection. She’s a vampire. She’s got more speed, strength, agility, dexterity than you’d ever have. In your relationship, it’d be her protecting you.” He stated in a dry tone as he leaned back against the tree. “And yeah, if you plan on it you’d need to be changed. However, you do have one problem with that. Skylar Rycerz. He’s the sire of their clan. He only changes others when they are about to die.”

He glanced from the darkening sky’s to Magnus as he listened to everything the man had said. He smirked darkly, almost devilishly when he was addressed as ‘lord scorpius’. He had to admit it was new and amusing. “Lord?” he questioned sounding amused as he didn’t want to hide it. “I’m no Lord,” he paused, “yet.” He added as he thought about his future for that split second. “You want an a*signment, hmm?” he questioned as he looked back to the sky then around the forests darkness. “Things don’t work like that. I choose the person for the job that is based on their abilities, their strengths. You have to prove to me and the gang that you are in this for anything and everything. What are your strengths? What are you capable of doing?” he questioned.

Magnus twirled his wand like a baton a few times before pointing it at Scorpius. “Yo how stupid do you think I am to hurt your dog, I did figure it was nice gesture actually. Oh yeah you really don’t know nice.....or is it you don’t do nice.” Magnus was feeling a bit gutsy this time around showing Scorpius that he won’t be intimidated. “I remember hearing stories about your father Draco....i don’t think he was all that clever actually, his father, you grandfather on the other hand was brilliant. I see you more so following his line than Draco. Now as long as you don’t turn into a death eater I think thimgs will be just fine.” Magnus thought to himself how much he hates death eaters, they had a part in his parents death.

Magnus jumped back as the blast from Scorpius spell hit him. “Hey now that was uncalled for.” He looked at Scorpius closely trying to figure out his next move, and to study him in case there was a show down ever. Magnus did not like being caught off guard at anytime. “As far as Kita goes it is still proper for me to stand up for the woman I love whether she is a vampire or not, it’s called chivalry. And as far as protection goes, yeah I realise it would probably end up her saving my a*s, but once again it is chivalrous deed to attempt to protect the one you love. You of all people know that.” Magnus stepped back away a little more in attempt to not provoke another attack. “I would rather not piss off the vampire either, they can be kind of scary. As far as Skylar goes him ripping out my inside could be a good thing, then Kita may beg him to turn me. Knowing him though he would then he would torture me for a long time.”

Magnus perked up when Scorpius about his strength and abilities. He Knew that Scorpius thought he was weak, he had to show him otherwise. And he had to show Scor that he wasn’t a coward. Magnus pointed his wand over in a general area of the forest and said “Incendio”. The forest before him burst into flames. Magnus took this chance to cook some marshmallows as well. “Well Scorpius besides not being the best with spells, I can make things go boom and believe it or not I can be quite stealthy.”

Scorpius smirked as he listened to what Magnus had to say, “I know nice, I just don’t do nice.” He said. “I despised Draco in his stupidity. I prefer to follow my grandfather. Better yet I prefer to follow and make my own path of what Malfoy means not to mention for what it represents.” He added as he knelt down and petted Demon. “What’s so wrong with being a death eater?” he questioned. “Since I’m most likely going to be one.” He said only to shrug, “But then again, no one really knows what’s in store for my future.” He corrected himself.

He looked to Magnus with narrowed eyes. “Don’t get that close to me and I won’t use magic to throw you across the forest!” he said. He smirked as he listened to what Magnus said. “Chivalry is opening a door for a lady, bowing to a woman, taking her hand and kissing the back of it while your other hand is behind your back, presenting her with unexpected gifts, planning a romantic dinner for two with flowers.” He said. “You are looking for courtesy and respect.” He added but he did have to nod to agree. “But I do have to agree that regardless it’s always the right thing to do to protect the woman you love and accept her no matter what.” He said. “Skylar isn’t the type to torture anyone. He might rip you apart if you hurt Kita, but then I’d be helping him.” he stated as he glanced to Magnus.

Scorpius watched Magnus before he got up, spun his wand around only to aim it at the fire and use a water spell to put the flames out. “I said strengths and abilities I didn’t ask for a demonstration.” He said as he shook his head. He did have to laugh under his breath. He nodded, “Stealthy is good. So what are you good at?” he questioned.
