Callie paced back and forth as she waited for Albus to come. So much has happened since her brother was sick and almost died, feelings that didn’t mean to come out did and she found out that she really did care for another and after the trip to Paris and spending almost every night together she could not see her life without him. This was going to be the hardest thing she had to do she didn’t want to break his heart but she couldn’t hold him there if she didn’t love him anymore plus she knew that their mutual friend Pandora really liked Albus so maybe those two will get together and Albus and herself could go on and be friends. “Tristan…” she whispered knowing he would hear her and come, she needed him here just in case.
Looking around she sighed maybe someone had already told him? Maybe that was why he was not here. He hated her and didn’t want to be here, well if he didn’t hate her now he would hate her after this meeting she had to be honest with him and tell him that she kissed Tristan and not only did she kiss him but he kissed her and then they shared a night of bliss with each other. She was kicking herself and she knew this was going to kill all ties and Albus was going to think would have to move out but that was not what she wanted she was going to offer him his room at the manor and hopefully he knew that he would still have a home even if they were not together.
Sighing as she ran a hand over the bite marks on her neck she smiled as she started to think about Tristan and spending the rest of her undead life with him, she was going to change she was going to beg until he couldn’t take it anymore. Right now it was okay she was only 15 and had a year or to left before she would start to look older than him, so she didn’t really mind still having a heart beat. Looking out over the lake she sighed. “Albus where are you?”

He’d heard the rumors. How could he not? It was what the whole school was talking about. Callista had found somebody else, someone better, probably a pureblood from an evil family. A Malfoy can’t love a Potter, it wasn’t right. The families were complete opposites, enemies dating back to the time of Albus’ grandparents. Probably even before then. That’s why he wasn’t going fight her. He was going to be calm, cool and collected, telling her that he hopes she’s happy with him, wandering the earth and drinking blood from every human she comes in contact with. Albus would have to remember to stay away from her when she was changed and he knew she would be. She was leaving him for a vampire, there was no way she would remain human.
He was hurt, but he thought that he hid it well. At least he hadn’t locked himself in his dorm, cutting off all contact with people. He didn’t generally take pain this well. He remembered last year, when he thought he and Callista were broken up, he wanted to die. No thoughts of killing himself had entered his mind. Well, at least not yet. Plus, he loved Pandora. Albus doubted that he would ever ask her out, though. He would always love Callista and he doubted that he could find happiness with somebody else. Besides, he wanted to remain available just in case things didn’t work out between Callie and the vampire. Secretly, he was hoping that they didn’t.
Albus was wearing shorts and a muscle shirt. He’d been hot when he woke up and decided that he didn’t need to change. He didn’t think there was a certain dress code for getting dumped. What a horrible word that was. Dumped. It sounded like he was a piece of trash. There had to be a better name for it. Breaking up didn’t sound right either to him. Albus must really be in pain, filling his mind with something that was pointless instead of thinking about the thing that was important. Maybe he could get Alex to take him out drinking tonight. They needed to have a brothers night out anyways.
He walked to the lake, acting calm and natural, like he was just meeting her there for a date. He would leave it just like that, too. There was no point to being upset about this. Albus stood a bit away from her. “Hello, Callista,” he said, softly, calmly. “I’ve already heard. The whole school is talking about it, it seems. Truthfully, I was kind of expecting it. A Malfoy can’t love a Potter. It’s not natural. I hope you are happy with him.” He should’ve just walked away after that, but he didn’t. He stayed to see what she would say.

Tristan finished helping his brother Aidan do a few things for the house as he then grabbed a few things. He quickly fed as he listened to Aidan talk about their last hunt and that they are running low. That he hasn’t been up holding his responsibilities as of late. He nodded to acknowledge that he was in the wrong as he finished his mixed bloody not acceptabletail. “Alright, Aid, I got the point. We’ll go out again tonight, but for now, I have to go meet up with Callie.” He said as he grabbed his cloak and disappeared. He started to make his way towards the lake swiftly. He paused for a moment when he heard his name drifting on the wind from her lips. He decided to quicken his pace to get there.
He stood in the shadows by a few of the trees and watched her when Albus walked up. He could sense a few of the feelings that he was feeling and the fact that he was doing his d*mnedest to stay calm and cool around her. He wasn’t sure if his presence would upset the man or not, after all he has tried many times to not only accept Albus but also be a friend...even though he knew it wouldn’t happen. He listened to what Albus had to say before he shook his head.
“The Potter-Malfoy feud started long before you were born. But like Scorpius believes, it should die with Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy. There isn’t any reason why you, and your siblings should carry on the feud with Scorpius and Callista.” He spoke from the shadows and loud enough that he knew they both could hear him. He figured it probably wasn’t the great of views, but he also knew that Scorpius didn’t care about the past or the feud. He knew that Scorpius was fond of the Potters, but that was more out of the fame then anything.
He also believed that his presence would change this from a calming situation to a nightmare but it was Callie that asked him to be present and that called him to come. He wasn’t sure how his words would be taken by either of them but for the sake of everyone, he did want to try and keep the peace and help Scorpius remove the feud, if possible. "It's good to see you again, Albus." he stated.

Callie looked at the glad as she heard Albus come up and heard what he said she also heard Tristan and smirked a little as he was right the feud was with their fathers not them. Callie and Scor didn’t care about the feud and it was really lame of him to even think that was why she was leaving him. They dated for three years and the first thing he thinks of is that stupid family feud. She let out a sigh and looked up at him trying not to stress out she really didn’t want her body to shut down here both men didn’t know about her problem and she really didn’t want to explain it to them just yet. Finally ready to form words she took a deep breath “Severus, I have fallen for Tristan since well the end of the war so for almost a year now. I don’t know how it happened but people just grow apart and I think that is what happened to us” she said in a soft and calm tone she was not out to hurt him and would try and not cause problems.
She really wanted a friendship with Albus after all this was over after all she knew him better than anyone and would always be there for him if he wanted. “Scor says you are welcome at the manor any time that you don’t have to move out, I really would like you to stay I don’t think you are safe at your father’s” she said again in a soft and calm tone she was not looking for a fight or a screaming match she didn’t want his temper to come out she had only seen his temper once last year and you could say it was enough to scare her not to get him mad again.
Callista sighed she didn’t know what else to say she didn’t want to share the night she shared with Tristan because she didn’t want to hurt him so she decided in the end to leave that out. Glancing at Tristan she smiled and nodded. “Hey Tristan, how is the family?”

Albus ignored Tristan. He wouldn’t acknowledge the vampire or his words. At this moment, he considered the man a home wrecker. He didn’t hold forced conversations with home wreckers. But it reminded him, he needed to do a little research on vampires and maybe a little background search on Tristan whatever his last name was. Albus would figure it out. He would find dirt on the guy and then send it to Callista anonymously for her to decide if she really wanted him. Maybe. Okay, maybe he wouldn’t do that. That would hurt Callista, probably. Hurting her was out of the question.
He heard her explain the break up and her reasons. He didn’t really care. At this point, he didn’t care about anything except getting drunk and maybe finding someone to have a one night stand with. Albus was against that, but not when he was drunk. Then he didn’t know what he was doing and wouldn’t remember it in the morning. He was lost in that thought for a minute, grinning. Then he remembered where he was and he shook his head, trying to clear it, but the goofy grin remained. Albus knew Callista knew the grin. How many times had he given it to her? “You don’t need to explain anything to me and frankly, I don’t care. Do what you want.” Though she was making the biggest mistake of her life. He wasn’t about to say that outloud though.
“You don’t know where I’m safe and where I’m not. He’s going to be ecstatic when he hears. Remember he thinks you brainwashed me into joining the gang. He’ll probably think he’s getting his son back. I have to go back and make him miserable again. He doesn’t deserve happiness.” Albus knew that it wouldn’t be hard to turn his dad miserable again. All he had to do was show that he wouldn’t change. “And besides, yours isn’t the only place I have. I can stay with Percy Jr. He’ll always take me in. I can help him take care of Annie since they’re going to have twins.” Albus turned around and walked back to the school. He needed to make preparations to move. He would talk to his dad and Percy Jr and then make a decision. It would probably be Percy anyways. Except when he made it to his dorm, he didn’t write home or anything. He just laid in his bed and didn’t move for a long time.
