Dannie sneeked outside one night late at night. She could believe that she was a member of the Slytherin Gang. It was well one way she knows that she will be happy. She could still remember her mother and how disappointed she maybe but hey what's one to do when they are quite happy at the moment. She really had been thinking about joining the Slytherin Gang ever since last year when she had talked to Scorpius in Moaning Myrtle's bathroom. Which was funny how their talked first started out sort of mean and then the talk became civilized and then they became friends and they had just talked last night and she had three hours of sleep in total and still couldn't figure out how to get back to sleep.
She couldn't help but think of the kisses they had shared either. Even though he counts the first one as a stolen kiss. He of course was trying to make her blush and succeeded in doing so. She still hasn't really figured out one fear. But will manage to do so soon she hopes. She stopped in the middle of the courtyard and looked up and saw some pretty stars. She didn't know any of the names but she could figure them out. How hard could that be but then again her mind were somewhere else.
She didn't realized just how tired she was though. Standing was talking all of her enrgey so she decided to lay down on the ground and look up. Still thinking about the Slytherin Gang and about Scorpius and about a better relationship with her older brother she didn't really have any more room to think about stuff. she thought the stars looked really pretty. One minute she was seeing the stars and the next minute she found herself in Diagon Alley with Scorpius and for some reason Albus. And they were shopping and then she ran into a wall which woke her up and she sat up. "Weird dream!" she said taking deep breaths. "Good one though but weird how I ran into a wall!" she said laying back down on the gra*s and continued to look at the stars and not even realizing that she fell back asleep.

Albus knew how late it was. He was sure that Cory was aware of it too, but he didn’t mind and apparently, Cory didn’t either. Lately, he’d been spending a lot of time with the kid and he was starting to like him. It could be because he was starting to see a little of him in the kid. He was beginning to dislike his father and it had been about that age that Albus had begun to dislike Harry. “Cory, as I’ve said, the death eaters have to go after your father, but I offer protection to you and all you have to do is leave the DA. I can’t protect you if you don’t.” He didn’t know how many times he had told the kid that since he was released from St. Mungo’s. He was sure that the kid was starting to get it. They may have Cory Simpson soon. “Think about it, okay? Sleep on it. I don’t need an answer right now.” With that, Albus stood up and snuck out of the Hufflepuff common room. He didn’t want to be caught dead there.
He wandered around the school for a bit and then decided to head outside. It really wasn’t all that cold, considering the time that it was. Well, it was still only September. It was going to rain though. He could tell. The smell of it was in the air, though surprisingly, the sky was still clear. It was probably going to rain during the day then. Albus wasn’t going to worry about it. He wandered around the grounds and then spotted Dannielle Wood, lying on the ground. He wondered if he should go over there. He remembered all too well what he did to her last year.
Normally, the attacks that he did didn’t bother him. This one did, though because Dannie Wood was proving herself to be different than what was first thought. Ever since he heard that she quit the DA, he’d felt guilty. Sure, last year she was a goody goody DA member and she seemed just like her dad. That was no excuse though. His only hope was that she never remembered that day. Even though he had attacked her, he had also saved her life. Albus had brought her to the Wing, fabricating a wonderful story about what he found.
He walked up to her and noticed that she seemed to be sleeping. He sat down next to her. “Dannie!” he called. “Dannie, wake up, I want to talk to you!”

Dannie was dreaming a good dream this time. She was talking to her mother. Talking about things that had happened ever since the war. She knew that this dream would never come true but it was such a good dream. Her father was sitting there too. He didn't look to happy when she said that she had joined the Slytherin Gang but her mother was happy because she was happy. That made her quite happy ands he hadn't even realize a smile on her face. She didn't want to wake up.
"Five more minutes please mum?" she said even though the voice sounded strange to her. She heard her name a second time and then opened her eyes and saw Severus sitting there next to her. "Sorry was dreaming about my mother." she said as she sat up and rubbed her eyes. She looked over at him for a moment. "What is it that you want to talk me about?" she asked him for a moment. She sure hoped it would be good.
She looked up at the stars again though. She still thought that they were gorgeous and wondered how they got up their in the first place. And she wondered why she wasn't that pretty like the stars. She knew she was beautiful yes but not as beautiful as the stars were. She was quite happy to be there though and turning her gaze back to Severus she had a smile on her face.

If Dannie couldn’t help him with Cory, he’d have to find somebody else. He didn’t know who else to choose though. He wanted someone that was a friend of his and he didn’t know Cory’s friends. At this point, he just wanted the kid out of the Army. After that was done, they could work on him joining the Gang. He just had to quit the army. That was important. Albus waited impatiently for her to wake up.
He made a face when she called him mum. He didn’t think he sounded like a girl. He’d admit to never paying attention when he spoke, but he didn’t think his voice sounded like that of a female. He laughed, though. It was hard not to. Albus laughed at almost anything and being called mum was pretty funny to him. “Don’t worry about it,” he said when she apologized. “It’s funny. Of all the names I’ve been called in sixteen years, Mum is a new one. Don’t worry; I just want to talk to you about Cory Simpson.”
He turned to her a bit and then began talking. “You and him are friends, right? I need your help with something. I’m trying to talk him out of the Army and I think it’s fairly close. I just need you to give it one extra push.” Albus paused as he glanced back at the school. “It’s not time to get him to join the Gang yet. But he needs to leave the army. Will you help?”

She looked at him for a moment. "Well it's probably the first time you woke up a girl who just lost their mum!" she said with a smile on her face. "I'm glad though that you found it funny!" she said with a smile on her face. She would have sworn she heard her mother's voice. "To let you know I would have sworn I heard her voice. I miss her you know!" she told him. "But I'm doing better now than before. I'm doing things that I know she likes. She always loved looking at the stars at night before she goes to bed!" she said with a smile on her face.
"So you want me to talk to Cory to get him to quit the DA?" she asked him for a moment. That would be very tricky but she sure she could manage that. "I think I can do that. It'll be tricky but yeah we are friends. I'm pretty sure he has told his father that I may have joined the Gang and unfortunately he didn't know I joined the gang." she said for a moment. "And before you ask me why I joined the gang I'll tell you why!" she said for a moment. "I wanted a better relationship with Crew my big brother." she said with a smile on her face.
Dannie sat there in thought how was she going to talk to Cory and get him to quit the DA. She quit the DA shortly after her mother got killed. And joined the Gang about a year later. She knew she was ready to join the group and she was pretty sure that people are talking about why she joined the gang but she didn't really care and ignored most of what they had been talking about. "You can count on me!" she said with a small smile.

Yeah, it had been. He didn’t normally wake up sleeping girls, especially ones that just lost a parent. In fact, if he hadn’t needed to talk to her, he would’ve just let her sleep. Albus would’ve gone to the forest or even back to the castle. Sometimes, it was fun to act like he was on patrol when he wasn’t and prefects couldn’t take points from other prefects, so he didn’t care about being caught. “You got me there. I don’t wake up girls. For some reason, they look so innocent when they are asleep. You’d think a girl could do know wrong when you see them sleeping.” He’d seen Lily sleep a lot of times and it did appear like they were sleeping. Even when he’d spent the night in Callie’s bed, she had looked so innocent. Naturally, he’d never tell her that. “All that innocence disappears when they wake up. It’s better when they are sleeping.”
He knew that it wouldn’t be easy, but he couldn’t doubt that she could do it. Cory wasn’t too pleased with his dad right now, as long as they move carefully, they could talk him into it. Moving even more carefully, they could get him into the gang. That was what was important. They had a lot of members and they were still growing. Soon, people will see that they are better and they will change sides or join their side if they are neutral. Albus wondered how Eddie was doing at talking Jed into the gang. “I’m sure you could do it. It won’t be easy, but move carefully. He isn’t too happy with his dad and might want to displease him more. I do hear, though, that Cory and Titus have an unnaturally close relationship. Just watch your moves. Maybe get Scor to help if you have to.”
Well, that was all Albus had to say to her. He didn’t really care why she joined the gang. He trusted her about as far as he could throw her. That’s why he mentioned getting Scor involved. He trusted the guy and, if he agreed, Albus was sure that Scor would talk him into it. He couldn’t be sure what Dannie would do. He might trust her a bit more if she came through with this. “Unlike others, I’m not making it my business to see why you quit the DA. People join for different reasons. It isn’t my business why they do it. Anyways, good luck with Cory.” He smiled at her and got up. “I’ll let you go back to sleep, though prefects wander around a lot after curfew and I don’t patrol tonight, so I can’t help you. You should get back to your dorm.” Albus walked away after that, heading to the forest.
