[Kai Paris Esme Bletchley]

She was young. Love wasn’t something that she really knew much about, but Cory Simpson was her best friend and recently, she began thinking that maybe they could end up together. They were already practically inseparable. Kai was worried about him, though. She knew that he didn’t really like his father being the Minister during this time and she knew that he was thinking about quitting the Army. Maybe he’ll join the gang, but she didn’t want him to. If he did, she couldn’t be friends with him anymore. Kai hoped that she could talk him out of quitting the army or joining the gang.
She was sitting by the front gates, the yarn right next to her, knitting needles in hand. The brown hair was completed on the blanket and part of the face, but she had to do the eyes. Cory’s eyes were a little hard. You couldn’t always see his pupils. He tended to squint his eyes an awful lot. Kai wanted this to be perfect. She was going to give this to him when she saw him next. Hopefully, he’ll like it.
She had a clear view of his eyes in her head, but she couldn’t make it perfect. It was common to have problems when knitting, especially when you were doing something new. She’d never knitted a person into a blanket before. She usually did animals or something easier. People were hard, but she was determined to do it. Determined to do something new.
Her head was beginning to hurt and she lay down. Her eyes were closed. She could pick the knitting back up later on. Kai was comfortable and hopefully, wouldn’t be disturbed by anyone.

Miles had been in the Hospital Wing for a few days now. He still wasn’t really feeling better, but he was tired of being cooped up inside when he could be out and enjoying the fresh air. He still really wanted to take her to France. It was such a beautiful city and he thought for sure that Rehema would like that. He wandered through the castle and when he didn’t find her, he walked outside. She could be in the common room. He hadn’t looked there. He decided that if she wasn’t outside, he would look there.

The weather didn’t seem all that bad to him. It wasn’t too hot or too cold. It was perfect. Maybe he’d just stay out here and look for Remmy later. He was sure the nurse would probably force him to come back to the wing later and stay there until he was completely better. Maybe that could be avoided if Miles hid up in his dorm. She might just forget about him. He could make that happen. It would just involve the unforgivables. Easy enough to do.

He was by the front gates when he noticed a small girl sitting right by there. He smiled when he recognized her. His youngest traitor of a sister. He and Kai haven’t always had the best relationship. Miles hated that she was good and despised the dark arts. It would be fun to torture her for awhile. He walked up to her and grabbed the knitting out of her hand and destroyed it. He then grabbed her by her ankle and pulled her up. “Miss mum and Dad, Kai? You’ll be with them soon enough.”

Dakota had to get to the library her grades were dropping and the father of her son, Scorpius was making her take time off from being the mother to being a kid and focusing on school. The school nurse was out to get her after Miles had ratted her out for not caring about herself and not eating she didn’t blame her brother she just wanted to kill the nurse for harshly forcing her into the hospital wing every two minutes to report on her meals and drink in take. Shaking her head she laughed as she thought about all the things she could do to the nurse and not have one person think and believe that Kota did it.

Kota sighed as she dropped her books in the common area of her house disappeared into the hallway before anyone could tell it was her, the last thing she needed was one of their friends telling Scorpius that she was not studying and instead decided to go to Hogsmeade and spend money on her son. Laughing to herself as she made her way through the castle and out of the grounds. Part of her started to think about Annabelle and how happy her little sister was that Albus seemed to like her it was nice to see them friends, and she couldn’t help thinking about Miles and Remmy those two were so close. Kota could only hope that she would find someone that would love her like Remmy loved Miles. Shaking that thought off ”No don’t cry you have been doing so well” she thought to herself as she started for the front gates of the school.

Stopping suddenly she watched as Miles started another around of pain on their little sister Kai, how he loved to torture her. Though Kota loved her siblings she had to wonder where she went wrong with Kai and why the girl hated them so much. Stepping back as she got closer she narrowed her eyes at her younger siblings, “Oh come on Miles, let her go” she said in a motherly tone. Part of her really had no idea why she was protecting the sister that cursed her and wouldn’t even let her help her sister that would rather an orphanage then her own family. “Miles?”

Annabella had a lot on her mind. She was happy however that she had a date with Sev. Her dream had came true. She of course frowned that her sister Kai didn't like her. She didn't mind that she was different than the rest though. She wanted to get to know Kai mainly because she was close to her age and well actually she was in between Miles and Kai. She still watched out for her and would stand up for her.

Walking towards the front gates she thought she heard her sister Kota. She ran towards the voice and stopped when she saw Miles turn Kai upside down. "MILES NO!" she screamed and ran towards her family. "You can't do this to her." she said looking at him with a pleading tone to her voice. She was actually also thinking of quitting the Gang for the DA. She looked at him for a moment and looked at him for a moment. "If you hurt Kai I swear I'll hate you for life. It's not her fault that she is different." she said for a moment. "It's not her fault she isn't part of the Gang. And it's her choice that she wants to be part of the DA." she said for a moment.

She then wondered why and how she seemed to be a bit smarter than her brother for a moment. She was also scared and she knew it. She looked at Miles and looked him right in the eyes or at least tried too. "Please Miles don't hurt her. You are scaring me. And I know that you can do anything and that's what scares me. I love you because you are my brother but Kai is also my sister and I love her too. And all I want is for her to be happy." she said and she looked over at Dakota and back to Miles and just stood there not sure of what to do or what to say.

Kai was working hard at her knitting and thinking about Cory when Miles came up and destroyed her work. “Miles!” she screamed, almost in agony. He may hate her, but how could he be so mean? She hated him and she wouldn’t dream of destroying anything of his. Now she would have to start all over again. “Why do you have to bully me? I was working so hard on that! How could you?! Now I have to start all over!” Kai really couldn’t believe that she was related to him or that anyone would actually like him. He was not likeable. Was his girlfriend forced to go out with him?

Suddenly, she was upside down, screaming. No, she didn’t miss her parents. She hated them, same way she hated every death eater. She was glad that they were dead. Miles should be with them. Kai kept reminding herself that one of these days, he would be. “I’m glad they are dead! They deserved to die! As do you and every other Slytherin!” She knew that she was asking for it. She generally tried to stay away from defending herself because she always felt like she was signing her own death certificate and with Miles, she knew that she was. “Put me down!”

Then she heard Dakota yelling at him and wondered when she began sticking up for her. Shortly after, Annabella showed up, yelling at him, too. This surprised her. She didn’t think that her sisters would ever defend her. She thought they would just join in the torture. “I’m not in the Army, Annabella!” she shouted at her sister when she said that it was her choice to be in the Army. Kai wanted to join the army, but she didn’t think she’d be accepted because of her siblings and parents. “See, this is why I prefer the orphanage. At least there I don’t have to worry about this happening!” Kai tried to punch her brother and hit him, but to no avail. Hard to attack someone when you were upside and they were behind you. “I’m ordering you to put me down!” She said, knowing that it was a mistake.

Put me down, put me down…. Oh, those words just made him laugh. She was such a wimp, couldn’t even defend herself. It was hard for him to believe that he could be related to this girl. She was so unlike them. Where did she get her good temper from? Miles just laughed at her and his siblings when they showed up to yell at him. The laughing made him feel a little queasy, but he ignored it.

When she finally ordered him to put her down, he loosened his grip and watched her fall and then he got down on his knee behind her and put his arms tightly around her neck. “Who do you think you are, ordering me around?” Miles shouted, wondering where her nerve came from. People knew not to order him around. He wasn’t against killing anyone that did and Kai deserved to die. “You better hope that I never see you again, Kai. If I do, that’s your last day on this planet.”

He stood up and looked at Kota and Bella. Was he losing his sisters? Why would they stick up for her? Why stand up for someone who was all for the people that murdered their parents? Miles shook his head. “Kota, Bella, the order murdered our parents and she supports them. Why stand up for her? She thinks we all deserve to die. She deserves this punishment!” He looked at Kai. “So why not just stay there? You’re not wanted here!” Miles sat down and leaned forward, waiting for the sickness to pa*s.

Annabella looked at her big brother for a moment. "Because Miles no matter what side she is on even if she isn't in the DA she is our sister. She is part of our family." she said for a moment. She wondered how much of this he would get. She knows what he could do and she knows he isn't afraid to kill. "Besides dad wouldn't have wanted you to kill your own sibling." she said for a moment. She wondered if he would listen to her.

She looked at Miles. "Miles I care about you. I really do. But please don't hurt Kai." she pleaded with him. "She doesn't derserved to be punished just because she's different." she said with a small frown. "It's like James punishing Albus because he's different but he isn't treating him any different. They yell and fight but doesn't all siblings do that?" she asked him with a small frown on her face.

She looked at him for a moment. "It wasn't her fault that the Order killed our parents. It wasn't her fault Miles. She maybe surporting them but doesn't mean she's part of them." she said for a moment. "She's a bit different yes but I still love her and I still love you. You are my big brother. You helped raise me with Kota. I know you did. And I know that I can always come to you. And Kai if you ever need anyone to talk to you can talk to me." she said to her siblings. "Miles I'm begging you don't hurt Kai because she's different. It isn't fair." she said with a small frown.

Dakota watched them all fighting back tears she understood Miles’ stand and understood Kai’s side but also knew that she lost control of her siblings the day that Kai disappeared to the muggle world because she didn’t want to be around Kota anymore. It killed Kota and threw her into a down ward spiral that just kept getting worse as the days went on. Turning her head she looked down to hide the tears in her eyes. Her father would be so mad that she let her family gets like this Miles Jr. was the only boy and he should be protecting his younger siblings but beating on them because they didn’t support his beliefs. Dakota listened to Anna and wished she was strong enough to say that to Miles but sadly she just didn’t have it in her anymore. Part of her wanted to see Kai pay for leaving her and making her feel like a bad parent and the other wanted to attack Miles to protect her.

The young mother would do nothing but stand there and hope that they would stop. Siblings fought they would not be a normal family if they didn’t would they? But was it right to attack someone for their beliefs Kota didn’t know, it was not her parents who taught her the dark ways it was Kota’s choice in fact she knew that her father didn’t want her to grow up as a death eater he wanted her safe and sound with a family. It was the Order that pushed her into wanting to get back at them for taking her father away, why couldn’t they have killed their mother and threw their father into jail it was easy to break someone out and she would do it again for her father any day. If her father was still around then maybe Kai would still be around? Miles Bletchley Senior was a good man.

Dakota Elizabeth watched her siblings with tears in her eyes it killed her to see Anna fighting with Miles; Miles attacking Kai and Kai thinking she was not welcome and living in the muggle world just to get away from them. Just because Kota was in the gang did not mean she was a bad person in fact the rumors about her killing people were lies in fact Scor killed all the ones that was rumored to be her. “Kai please come live with me” she begged as her body shook it was no hidden thing that Kota was sick and not getting better but worse. The fifteen year old was not eating or sleeping staying up all night to run off to the orphanage that Kai was staying at to watch over her and not leaving until Tristan, Scorpius and Skylar came to drag her away. Kai was the baby and Kai was attached to her the most, yes she loved her siblings but knew that Miles and Anna were able to care for themselves even though she hid money in their clothes for them so they could still buy things they needed.

Moving her glaze at Miles she begged her brother to help her because she felt her body about to collapse. “Miles” she whispered as she dropped to her knees and twisting her ankle on the way down as she broke her foot.

Kai didn't say anything as all the fighting went. Yeah, she probably did deserve to die, but she wasn't going to. She got the protection of Phoenix Goyle and Eric Simpson. He was actually supposed to talk to his father about letting her move in there, sort of adopting her from the orphanage. Kai wasn't sure if he would, though, or if he already had and his father just didn't trust her enough. That was the story of her life. She wished she was an only child. People would trust her then.

She thought about just leaving. Miles pretty much ignored her, after he went off on Annabella for sticking up for her. They needed to understand that she didn't want them to. She knew it was all a lie. Even her parents hadn't liked her when they were alive. She was too good for thier liking. Kai crossed her arms and stood off to the side before deciding that she better say something. Then she would go and let Miles murder anybody that he wanted too.

"Fine, Bletchley, you wanna murder me, do it! But I've got protection and you'll end up died within days of me dying! Don't underestimate Phoenix Goyle and Eric Simpson because they are gay. They could take you down." Kai watched Miles sit on the ground and leaned forward and laughed, as he was showing weakness. The guy was sick. She could take advantage of that. Kai went forward and started hitting on him and attacking him for attacking her. "Oh, Miles, Dad would be so disappointed in you, showing that you are sick." She laughed and backed up. "And my friends can do it ten times worse than me. Don't mess with me again, Bletchley." Kai stood there, laughing and watching Miles, paying no attention to her other siblings.

Miles almost laughed when Bella said that she was still their sister and still part of the family. He didn't consider her a member of this family anymore than she still considered herself a member. He just shook his head and when she mentioned thier dad, he lost it. He was very close to thier father, closer than anyone. He had been his dad's only boy and he was a daddy's boy. "DON'T YOU MENTION DAD TO ME!" he shouted at her. "I KNOW MORE ABOUT WHAT HE WANTED THAN YOU! HE WANTED US ALL EVIL! HE WOULD'VE TORTURED HER HIMSELF IF HE'D BEEN ALIVE!" Miles glared at her for awhile, then turned his back on her.

He began wondering if Kai had gotten to her. Did she manage to turn his evil little sister good? If that was the case, then maybe Albus turned good to. That couldn't happen. Miles had to get them back. "Severus should torture James for not being evil," he said. That maybe taking things too far, considering that Albus was from a good family, but everyone should be evil. That would be a good peaceful world. If everyone was evil, there'd be no war breaking out. "She gave up her right to the name of Bletchley when she became friends with the traitor Goyle."

He ignored Annabella's next words, waiting for him to feel better so he could get back up and attack Kai again. It didn't take long for him to be tackled though and he looked up, expecting Bella, but instead it was Kai. Miles could've overpowered her easily and pushed her off, but he didn't. He actually liked that she was doing this. Ignoring her words and threat, he laughed as he looked up at her. "Now, that's the Kai Bletchley that Mum and Dad wanted. Hang with me and I'll show you how to be bad." Miles looked over at Dakota. "Are you okay?"

Anna wasn't expecting Miles to yell at her and it made her jump. It also made her frightened of him and she knew it. The more she thought about it he was closer to their father than they were. She barely even got to know him before they had been taken away. She looked at Miles with a bit of a frightened look on her face. And suddenly thought of the three words she wanted to say and she had to bring the courage to say those three words. She didn't know how exactly what to say. All she knew she wasn't going to admit that she was scared even though it showed clearly on her face.

Her face turned red when he mentioned James and Sevvie. "Severus would never do that. He would never attack his own brother!" she said trying to sound calm. She looked at him for a moment. "I know Sevvie wouldn't ever hurt his older brother. I know that. But you don't seem to know that. So don't tell me that." she told him for a moment. "She-" she started to say as she looked at her older brother. And then looked at her little sister Kai. "Tell me that isn't true Kai. Please don't tell me that's true otherwise I got no other choice but let him do what he needs to." she said for a moment. She knew once you are part of the gang you are in it for life. And can't mingle with the other groups. Scorpius and Miles had told her that when she first joined.

As soon as she heard what her sister had just said she was shocked and amazed. She ran over and grabbed Kai off of Miles or at least tried too. And then pushed her away for a moment. "You really are friends with Phoenix?" she asked her for a moment. She took her own wand out now. She didn't know what she was going to do but she was going to do it. "Tarantallegra!" she said the spell and hoped that it would hit her just right to where she was dancing.

This could not be happening her family was falling apart and Kota could only blame herself, the sad part was as much as she was trying to show Kai that she loved her and being in the gang didn’t make her evil she had no strength to stop Miles or Anna at this point her emotions and body were just so over tired she just could do this anymore. Looking at Miles as he yelled this was not going to be good no one talked bad about Miles Sr. in front of Miles it was just suicide. “I think I broke my ankle and I am just not sleeping well. Miles I think I am pregnant again” she whispered to only him. Miles and she were always close and she was hoping that he was still there for her like the old days.

Kota Elizabeth Bletchley was about to lose it on all three of her siblings all this fighting had to stop especially between Anna and Miles. Dakota loved Kai and didn’t understand why the girl had decided to live away from them just because all of them supported a different cause. “ANNABELLA BLETCHLEY! STOP!” she yelled with a dark tight in her eyes. Using Miles’ body to help herself get up she grabbed her wand and did a spell to fix her ankle before she sighed and looked at Kia “For years I have raised all three of you and this is the respect and the loyalty I get back?!” she shouted as she turned “Protecto” A shield blocked Kai from Anna’s spell as she then turned her wand on Anna and Miles. “Just because I didn’t give birth to you does not mean I can’t take you out of this world.” She said as she knew they both understand that if one of them moved to hurt Kai again they would be in trouble.

Then she turned and pointed her wand at Kai now “and you! If you decide to provoke Miles again I will let him kill you. Also you better hope someone adopts you maybe that Goyle kid will do it because if you don’t change you’ll last name soon I will kill you myself I am sick of trying to get you to see that I love and care about you! I love you no matter what group or house you are in; but you can’t look past the gang thing to see that I am a nice person to those I love” Blinking as she realized that she opened up to her younger sisters for the first time in years she backed up and looked at Miles. “You know what Miles, go ahead and torture her I need a good laugh right now”
