Kota smiled as she made funny faces at her son just to make him laugh, she was so much in love with Lucius, she was happy that she made it though the pregnancy and was able to bring such a beautiful baby into this world. Even though she and Scor were not together and well might not get back together she was just happy that they were friends because she didn’t want to lose her son over a stupid fight that killed their love. Rocking him in her arms she started to sing to him. At this moment she was her calm and collected self again thanks to her good friends Skylar and Aidan for making her sleep and get better.

Spinning around the room carefully she smiled when she heard her son giggled she loved to hear him happy and would do anything to make his life happy, she just knew that her son was going to have a great life because Scor and herself would do anything and not be stopped at anything to give him the world. At least that was one thing that they would agree on. Kota took relief in the fact that Scorpius would never take her son away from her and that no matter what they would be close friends and be able to raise their son together no matter what. Sighing she yawned as she looked at Lu; he was sleeping he was so cute sleeping.

Moving to the rocking chair in his room she took a sit then started to rock them back and forth as he slept and she sang. Kota was instantly reminded of her baby sister and how when they were forced to live with their grandparents she would sit in a rocking chair and rocking the girl until she was sleeping. Soon Kota herself was sleeping in the chair with her son laying on her asleep as well.

Scorpius walked through the house and he found it really quiet. He knew that Crew took Ophel out for the day and everyone else was feuding so he figured they weren’t in the house. He glanced at Demon who was following him through the house as he wondered through it. He figured that Kota was upstairs with their boy. He smirked as he came into the door frame and saw her with Lucius. He noticed that Luke seemed to notice him and wasn’t a sleep. He walked over and picked up Luke. He kissed his boy on head before he set his son on the floor to play with a few toys as he draped a blanket over Kota.

He lay across the floor by Luke with his back towards Kota as he started to play with his son and a few of the toys. He propped himself up by one arm as he watched Luke play and toss a few things around the room. He made sure that no one of them hit Kota. He chuckled quietly under his breath as Luke threw his arms up and down and bounced a little. He got up and moved behind Luke. He took the boy’s hands and pulled him up onto his feet. He smirked as Luke held onto his fingers, “You going to motor?” he questioned as he watched Luke smile up at him then started to attempt in walking. He figured that his son could be walking on his own in a few months.

He let Luke walk for a bit before he took a tighter hold of Lukes hands before he picked him up and tossed him up into the air and caught him. He chuckled slightly when Luke looked at him grinning as Kota slept. He tried to keep quiet as she slept. He held his son against him with on arm before he walked over to Kota and kissed her gently on the head but not enough to wake her as he walked out of the room, down the hall, and down the stairs into the living room where he could let Luke play and make noise. He figured that Luke would be interested in playing down there with a few other toys, Demon, and himself. He took Luke’s hand and ran it over Chaos’s chest, “Pretty bird... She’s a pretty bird, isn’t she?” he said as he looked from Chaos to Luke. He kissed his boy on the side of the head once more before he put him on the floor and held onto both his hands so the boy could try and take a few more steps.

Bana barked and pushed at Kota’s hand trying to wake the girl to take her out side, she barked again and nibbled on her fingers. Kota jumped as she felt the bites on her fingers she opened her eyes and blinked as she was sure that Lu was in her arms before. “Bana?” she asked as she struggled to wake up. When she was fully awake that’s when it clicked “Lucius..” she said as she jumped up and out of the chair moving blankets and looking under the crib and in the crib. Dakota was starting to panic she didn’t think anyone was home and didn’t think she had been out that long. “BANA! GO!.....” Tears in her eyes she dropped to her knees for a moment before racing out of the room and off to her room and searched it before she ran to the stairs.

“Luke please oh please cry; tell mommy where you are” she said as she ran down the stairs and down to the play room, he wasn’t in there she was now heading to her owl to send word to Scor to come home oh he was going to kill her for losing their son hell she was about to kill someone or something inless she was given her son she was going to kill everything in this house her eyes were black as she stood up and walked though the house knocking things over and kicking house elves into walls she suddenly came to a dead stop as she watched Scor and Luke in the living room. “Lucius….” She whispered as she dropped to her knees.

She was in shock but happy that he was okay and safe, but she was now struggling to calm down as tears ran down her face and she somehow walked to the living room door before falling to her knees and shaking a little before dropping her wand. Taking a breath before she collapsed to the floor “Scor…” she whispered softly.

Scorpius was holding onto Luke’s hands as he spun the boy around a few times. He smiled as the boy laughed and giggled as he played around with the boy. He let the boy down on his feet as he started to walk across the room while Demon ran around them. He swing Luke up and tossed him up into the air and caught him before letting Luke slide back down the floor where he took luke’s hands and did it again and again. He chuckled slightly as Luke continued to laugh. He continued to play around with Luke when he noticed that Demon left their sides. He caught Luke as he heard Dakota whisper his name. He turned as he set Luke down on the floor and went to Kota’s side and knelt down as he lifted her torso and turned her in his arms. He held her close to him as he probed her up against his one knee and arm. “Kota?” he whispered. He tapped her cheek gently before he kissed her on the forehead. “Kota, are you okay?” he asked her.

He glanced back at Luke who crawled across the floor to a few toys. He started to take them out and flung them across the room. He shook his head as he looked back to Kota. “What happened Kota?” he asked before he lifted her up and moved her over to the couch and set her down. “I hope I didn’t scare you when I took Luke. You were finally resting and he was a wake so I figured I’d play with him some...but he started to get a little loud so I brought him down here so he wouldn’t wake you.” He added. He got up and went into the kitchen to get her a cla*s of water. He stopped by the back door to let the dogs out before he walked back over to Kota. He sat on the table and held the cla*s out to Kota for her to take it.

He glanced up at Luke as Kota took the water. He got up to walked over to Luke and plucked him from the floor and cleaned up the little mess that he started to get into. He walked back over to Kota and sat on the table as he held on to Luke. He let Luke sit on his knee as he held his son with one arm. “You feeling alright, Dakota?” he asked.

Kota was out of it when Scorpius came to her and helped her she looked up at him blankly before she could even think about forming words. Her body was going thought shock and happiness that her son was alright and safe. She closed her eyes and then reopened them. “I….I….He…He..was gone…! I thought he was taken…. I panick” she admitted as tears started to fall from her eyes; it was true that Kota was not sleeping a full eight hours at night most the time she was up studying or watching Luke sleep. Her biggest fear now was her son being taken from her never to be seen again. “I…I…” she yawned and shook her head “Yea I am fine now that I found him” she said hoping he would not catch that she was so tired; she didn’t want to put too much pressure on Scorpius, the boy already had a lot on his plate.

Dakota jumped at the sudden movement of being lifted up she grabbed on to Scorpius tightly as she closed her eyes to stop her head from spinning. Only to open them back up when she knew she was on the couch. Looking up at Scor she sighed knowing she was going to have to tell him that she was sleeping less and less and school was not going well for her at the moment. It killed her to admit that things were hard and was trying so hard not to complain about anything. “I was scared but I should have known it was you, I am sorry I acted that way” she said as she looked over at her son and smiled as he was playing with a bear she had gave him. Kota started to stare at him as if at any second he was going to disappear. Beating herself up as she have known that Scor would have done that. ”Stupid, Stupid” she thought as Scor got up and disappeared on a moment; Kota smiled at Luke she was truly in love with his little man she only hoped she was better at raising kids then her mother was. Blinking as she watched Scorpius come back in with some water she happily took the gla*s.

Kota had drank the water in what seemed two sips as she placed the gla*s on the side table and turned to look at her two favorite people. She then smiled as Luke took one of Kota’s fingers in his tiny little hand it was so cute and you could tell that he was a mommy’s boy but Daddy’s little man as well. It was amazing how she and Scorpius brought such a beauty joy into this world. “I am great now that I understand what happened, it was just a shock to wake up and not have him in my arms.”

Scorpius watched Kota for a moment as he sat with her. “Kota, he is fine. No one can come around here and take him.” he said calmly and in a gentle tone. “I’m sorry that I made you panic and stress out.” He added in the same tone he watched her for a moment when he reached over and wiped the tears from her face. He smiled slightly as he watched her yawn. “Kota, why don’t you go get some rest?” he questioned. “You have been going non-stop and besides, this will give me a chance to be with our son and take him out.” He added. “You need to catch up on your sleep. You can join us later at the ice cream shop later today. I’ll take Demon with me and then send him back here later when I’m heading over there.”

“You need to get some sleep and stop beating yourself up.” He said as he looked from Lucius to Kota. “It’s fine, I should have known better than to take him from you while you were sleeping and disappeared like that.” he smiled. “I’ll have to leave a trail of bread crumbs...but Chaos might eat them.” He said charmingly yet playfully trying to get her to smile. “How are your cla*ses?” he questioned as he watched with the water. He glanced to Lucius before he reached over and picked his son up and set him on his lap. He looked back to Kota, “Kota, have you been struggling?” he questioned. He knew that she was to come to him when she started to find things difficult but he was starting to see that she wasn’t.

He looked from Kota to his son then back to Kota. “Why haven’t you been coming to me with Luke?” he questioned. “He’s both of ours we should be working together not just you.” He stated. “Today and for the next few days, Luke here is mine. You can catch up on your sleep and your home work.” He said. “I’m going away for a few days at the end of the month. When I get back, I'll be going straight over to Skylars. We can meet there for the bash. But did you want me to take Luke with me for those few days?”
