Jedrek hates the fact that Seamus Finnigan was killed in the war. That was a life that should’ve been spared. Sure, the guy was trying to keep him and Bella apart, but he understood why. Fathers tended to go crazy when their kids were sick. Jed was sure that when he was old enough to have kids, he would be the same way. Bella liked her father and because of his death, she wouldn’t talk. He was going to do everything he can to hear her sweet voice again. And he was going to do all he could to avenge the death.
Other people, he was sure, would consider it strange that a Slytherin and Gryffindor could love each other as much as they do. After all, the houses were natural enemies, from way back in the founders’ time. Tonight, he was going to show her how much he loved her. Jed had spent days thinking about this romantic evening by the lake. Nothing was going to ruin it. After sending a letter to Bella to meet him at the lake at eight, he left the common room and headed to the grounds.
After making sure that they were cleared, he set up the date. He set down a blanket and put candle all around it. He was going to light them later on. Using his wand, Jedrek summoned a tent. It wasn’t a magical tent with a lot of space and junk inside. It was a normal muggle tent, equipped with two sleeping bags. He wanted it cozy and that’s just what it would be. Best of all, it was Friday. They could stay out here all weekend if they wanted to.
He sat down on the blanket and grinned at the starry sky. This was going to be one of the best dates that they ever had.

Isabella was curled up on the floor in her room she wasn’t even going to cla*ses anymore and the only time she was out and about was when Albus and Jedrek got Autumn to drag her out of the Gryffindor tower. The death of her father killed her and that was not a lie, she suffered from about million seizures and only pulled though them because Jedrek had this thing about knowing when she was in trouble. Isabella was happy that he still loved her even now. This young girl lost everything that day he father, you chance to be seen by a muggle doctor, her mother and her mind. This funny out going girl was now a quiet and scared.
She hadn’t spoken since she watched her father dying to protect her; the last thing she said was ‘don’t leave me..and I’m sorry I yelled at you’ it killed her to know that he died thinking she hated him. Tears ran down her eyes and cheeks again for the tenth time today. Every day she lived on without her father killed her. Her one saving grace was the day that Jedrek and his father came to the farm and found her half dead and no one else around. Her boy friend’s father so understanding, took her in even buying her father’s farm so she could keep her horses.
Isabella glanced at the clock and let out a sigh she had to go she couldn’t bail out on the only person that stood bad her though all of this. Standing up shakily she grabbed a blanket and wrapped it around herself as she grabbed the teddy bear her father got her after she fall. Not caring that she was sixteen now and normal sixteen year olds don’t carry around teddy bears. Closing her eyes she was scared about this meeting fearing that he was going to dump her and leave her. Isabella just wasn’t sure if she could take another loss.
Finally walking out of the common room and down the stairs and out of the castle, she continued all the way to the lake blinking as she noticed the tent and Jedrek instantly she knew she was wrong about her thoughts of him breaking up with her. Letting a smile cross her face for a minute she stayed calm. It was most important not stress out of panic no seizures were wanted tonight. Walking up she blinked as she realized that she had no way of telling him she was there, she could just sit next to him but then he might get scared him. Confused as she struggled to think of something she finally decided to sigh loudly so he would noticed her.

Jed began wondering about the weather. He hoped that it would behave. He didn’t want anything to mess up the night. Rain was unpredictable in England and it always seemed to happen. They did have a tent, but he didn’t want to spend all night in there. Jed liked sitting under the stars and dreaming about the future. He knew that it would be spent with Bella because there was no girl that he wanted like he did her. Any other girl was just a friend. Jed hoped though that he could raise their children in a peaceful world. He didn’t want his kids to have to choose sides and to hate people just because of the houses or the blood that they are. Jed didn’t want anyone threatening his children’s freedom like they were threatening his.
At the same time, he didn’t want to get killed before he could have kids because of what he was doing. Anti-war coalition was banned after the war because it went against the dark lord. It also went against the Order. It went against the groups that have been fighting for ages. Jed just wanted them to see that wars weren’t necessary. They didn’t solve anything. He was still trying to make them see that. Any poster found hanging around the school in the morning that mentioned something about wars or fighting was put up by him. He did like fighting, but fights between students, not adults. They were the ones that were always saying that fighting didn’t solve anything. Yet, they fought. They fought a lot, maybe even more than kids. Adults were hypocrites. Jed rolled his eyes.
He glanced around at the time that Bella was walking up to him. He had to stop thinking about his alliance and all those horrible thoughts and to just enjoy the time that they had together. It wouldn’t be hard. Jed never thought horrible things when he was around her. Any of his thoughts were happy ones about their life together. He would never mention that he was already planning a life with her, already planning on having kids with her because he really didn’t want to scare her. Jed didn’t know her thoughts on having kids and even marrying a school love. He wouldn’t mention it to her for awhile, but he could always think about it. Nothing can stop him from thinking about it. “Hello, Love,” he said, standing up and walking over to her. “I figured we could spend the night under the stars. Maybe spend the whole weekend out here. Does that sound good to you?” Jed didn’t expect an answer, but he wished that she would talk. He really wanted to hear her voice. “Maybe I should get my guitar and sing for you. Would you like that?”

Isabella smiled as Jedrek walked over to her she had missed him so much as she only saw him for two weeks during the summer and that was when his father had come to check her out of the hospital and to take her home. The only reason his dad did it was that her mother Lavender had disappeared without a trance didn’t even leave her daughter a message. That really didn’t help little Bella as it just added more pain and heart ache to her already broken heart. Why was she so mean to her father? Why did she have to say she hated him? A tear slipped down her face as she thought about all the questions that haunted her since she watched her father death. Every bad thing she had said to her father played in her head as she started to shake a little. ”No not again!” she thought in fear, she did not want to ruin this night for him she had to stop it before it came. Bella blinked and watched Jedrek before jumping at him hugging him tightly. True his father was her guardian now she still place back in her father’s farm because someone had to take care of the horses. It drove her crazy to be in that house alone but she would never tell.
Still holding on to Jedrek the shaking calm down and her eyes were normal she really wanted to stay out here with him all weekend she loved that idea, she loved him and nothing would change that she planned to have a family with him one day. Growing weak being that she still wasn’t completely done recovering from her suicide attempts in fact she still had the cuts and bruises on her arms and legs and she was still being forced to eat meals. If it wasn’t for Jedrek looking and finding her that night she would have died, she was really lucky to have a guy like him. Then she backed up and looked at him lovingly; she was so amazed that Jedrek stuck by her seeing that she had not spoken two words seen that horrifying night. Isabella had already planned to try and speak again to Jedrek tonight but she didn’t know if she could it had been a year today, taking a deep breath she opened her mouth a little but nothing came out. Getting annoyed she wanted to give up, but this was for her love, “Jedr…ek I…wo..uld..” coughing a little she struggled with her words “love..to…liste..n to..you..play” she said before looking at the ground quickly.
Isabella was shocked at herself she didn’t even remember her own voice until now clearing her throat again she looked at him with her scared and soft eyes “I really would love to spend the weekend with you”

He wrapped her tightly in his arms, never wanting to let her go. He loosened his grip to kiss her forehead and he looked down at her lovingly. How could someone so beautiful and perfect want to be his girlfriend? Jedrek would never know the answer to that, but he thanked the stars every night that she was his. He was happy to have her. His life was perfect, even if his mother was still around.
She let go of him and he beamed at her when he heard her talk. He’d wanted to hear her voice since she stopped talking. Jed was always confident that she would talk again. There was no way that she couldn’t, not if he and Poppy pushed her enough. It was a hard task, but he knew they could do it and apparently, they had. She said that she would love to hear him play, so he took out his wand and summoned his guitar and it came flying to him within seconds.
“Take a seat,” he said, sitting down. He started playing the guitar, a song that he wrote himself. It was going to be a love song, but it had no lyrics yet. He was working on that, but the music would work for right then. Maybe the song would be about her and he could sing it to her when he got finished with it. “It’s going to be a wonderful weekend,” he said, as he finished playing the song. “I really hope the weather cooperates.”
