Liam had spent the better part of the day trying to get the fact that he and Hugo had spent less time together out of his head. He didn't like that they seemingly have been growing apart it made him worried about their relationship. With a heavy sigh Liam set back to his work, he was trying to finish his a*signments. He was hating this years work more and more but he had learned to ignore it.
d*mn it all Hugo why do you have to want revenge, you don't even know who killed your dad and grandparents. You are a fool to think you can win against any of those who could have done it. Liam thought as he continued to work on his essay it was a long boring one for Binns. He was rather agitated about the whole ordeal, he wondered why his love had decided to be so bent on this thing. Liam was sure that they were falling apart and it scared him, to think he and Hugo were breaking apart.
"Why does he have to set such tideous homework? Binns can be such a jerk." Liam muttered as he looked out the window, it was a clear and sunny day. He was sure the weather was crisp but hey at least it was warm, he would love to be out there. He sighed again this was not what he wished to be doing today but he needed to do it. Liam was bright but he still hated homework sometimes especially when he was brooding. He was not pleased about what was going on between him and Hugo but things happened to the happiest of couples. Look at Albus and Callista, they had been the happiest couple he knew but they were broke up now.

Hugo had been so busy with the revenge that he had been neglecting his boyfriend. He was just glad that Liam hadn’t gotten mad and broken up with him already. There was still time to make it right. He wanted revenge, but there was no harm in putting it on the back burner for the time being. There were more pressing matters. He didn’t want to be single again and have to find someone else. There was nobody else that he wanted. Hugo had an idea and left the school.
The knight bus was an unpleasant ride and by the time that he reached the Leaky Cauldron, he was feeling very sick. He hated wizarding transportation for the most part. They all felt highly unpleasant. When he was old enough, he would learn to apparate. He did a side along apparition before and it wasn’t as unpleasant as anything else. Hugo went up to the counter and ordered a room for the weekend. He asked that the room be billed to his uncle Charlie, whom he knew would gladly pay it without getting mad. He loved his uncle Charlie.
He caught the knight bus again and took it to Hogsmeade, where he walked back up to the school. The breeze outside felt nice and he wondered if it would be that nice all weekend. Hugo hoped so. He didn’t want to be cooped up inside all weekend. Hugo wondered if he should’ve just set up a tent outside. Almost immediately, he shook his head. It seemed more personal this way. They could reconnect again and get this relationship back to what it used to be. Hopefully. He was going to fight for Liam. He wouldn’t accept a break up.
He ran up every flight of steps and then ran down level six until he reached the common room. He didn’t know where Liam was, but he was planning on leaving the key on his bed with a note. When Hugo walked in, he stopped at the site of Liam. He put his hand in his pocket and grasped the key. “I think it’s because he has no fun, he doesn’t want us to have fun either.” He went behind him, kissed his cheek and dropped the key on his lap and then went and sat down. “We need to reconnect. I don’t want us to end. That’s the key to a room in the leaky cauldron. We have it for the weekend. What do you think? Sound good?”

Liam sat there doing his homework trying to ignore how everything reminded him of Hugo, he sighed his frustrations. He was so angry that he decided that a break up would probably be best, after all he seemed to not want to spend time with him any more. But Liam sighed he couldn't do that to Hugo, he only knew of Phoenix as being gay Liam didn't care about what he was doing he started to slowly doodle their names in ink on the parchment. "Why'd he have to be so bent on this task?" He mused out loud.
Liam was growing more and more frustrated at his lover growing angrier and angrier. He didn't like what was going on with his doodles, he was not going to let anything happen with himself and his lover. Liam turned back to reading his textbook it was frustrating to think that Hugo use to help him with doing this. Liam was growing angry, he was not about to let himself get far to angry after all Hugo was the only one that he ever wanted in his life. He would not break up with Hugo because no one else had the tolerance for his eccentricies mostly when he was feeling rather angry and upset.
Liam heard his voice and turned at first angrily to him, "Yeah he doesn't want us to have fun, like someone else I know." He snapped until he felt the kiss on his cheek and then felt the key dropped on his lap. "We do need to reconnect, but what's this?" He asked then heard the comment about the room, "So we are going to do couple things while we're out this weekend? Sounds really good to me. It's been far to long since we enjoyed ourselves like that." Liam told him smiling happily as he looked lovingly at Hugo, it had been so long since he was going to be with him alone for a while.
