Kyo's wings beat heavily as he flew through the air, wispy clouds pa*sing as he went. He was tired and the flight from Ireland was ardrous but soon he would return, he could feel himself tiring. Soon he'd be home, at least the closest thing he'd approximate to home. He could see the castle lights in the distance, as he approached he wanted to roar to announce his arrival but considering the hour he chose not to.
He began to circle lower over Hogsmeade, the night air was nice and the moon was full. His anticipatoin rose, his heart began to race it had been over a year since he'd left. This place held sweet and bitter memories, a place he was not fond of returning to. But felt that he should, as he came up to the castle he decided to circle Ravenclaw Tower. Then descended into the courtyard, he landed and peered around and then decided to change becoming once again a man. He had gotten better at being on his own, he had found that so much had changed.
He popped his neck and looked around, things were much the same as they had been. He had decided to take a drink of sake and light a cigarette, he looked up at the sky. It was a clear night the moon was shining down on the school, he was sure that this was interesting. He decided that if he was careful he could play on the Biwa and not get noticed, since most probably thought him dead.
A part of him felt happy that he was back at Hogwarts the one place that had been a home to him. He was happy and for some reason he was also sad, it confused him a bit but he let it go and decided to play rather than focus on his thoughts for the time being.

Scorpius went for a walk as he needed time to think about a lot of things that were going on and how to deal with is sister over his possibly new girlfriend. He stuck to the shadows as he didn’t want to get noticed for wondering the grounds when he noticed something. He stopped and leaned against a wall as he watched. His expression shifted from cool, calm, and relaxed to tense, fiery, and almost hatred. He knew the dragon that appeared. He knew the very eyes, and structure. He remembered how they were enemies the previous year and was out at each other for blood.
He knew that this would not be a very welcoming between himself and Kyoshiro. He did have to admit that a war and a year does change a lot of people so he figured that their mutual hatred for each other might be gone but it doesn’t change the fact that he had yet to forget what the bastard did to his sister. He also know that Callie hasn’t forgotten about it. He wasn’t impressed that the incident didn’t leave her but he was going to take a chance. If nothing else, maybe the two of them could settle their dispute once and for all.
He walked out of the shadows when he realized that the man seemed to be confused but as quick as he noticed in the features it disappeared. He tried to remain calm and to keep the hostility out of his tone. “Hey!” he called out. “What the hell are you doing around these parts? Weren’t you suppose to be dead?” he questioned. He wasn’t doing a very good job in trying to keep his voice calm without any hostility but he had to admit that he was at least keeping it steady, not that he feared the man. Part of him wondered if the man deserved respect for returning but more so then the rest of him agreed that he saw him more of a coward for running away the previous year.

Kyo's mind was steady he had decided a while ago to return, he knew many people would have mixed feelings. He heard Scorpius's voice, he was surprised by the tone he'd never heard him like this before. Kyo thought back to the family and felt no hatred, Kyo turned to look at him.
"Yes I was dead." He said as he scanned him up and down with his now magically twisted Draconic eye. "I found I could not rest in my grave. Anyways, what are you doing out here this time of night? I thought of creatures of the night and the dead walked at this hour." Kyo stood and walked towards Scorpius, "Guess those are just fairytales." He was in a light hearted mood and it was easy to see. He lit a cigarette and conjured a gla*s of burboun, "So, what of people said of me since I left? Comrades dead and I fight my own battles for a while." He told him as he looked at him, "During the war, I did some things of my own I met the match with my maker and his. Anyways you pulled through it all fairly enough, I hope your doing well. War was a very hard thing, it is nice to be back. I don't expect to many people are happy to see me back in here so." Kyoshiro told him and then he turned his thoughts back to the desire about this.
"Back to business have you seen Albus lately?" Kyo's smirk faded to grimace the name falling from his lips left a sour taste. Of all people Kyo blamed him for the excalation of the Dark Lord to power, he was the one that lead the Supporters and the one that caused everything even the loss of his baby. Kyo wanted nothing but revenge against Albus, someone would pay someone would have to pay. Albus had turned against his father and his mother, Kyo saw him as an enemy, in Kyo's opinion Albus was as bad as the Dark Lord.
"So did he end up screwing you in the end? He has a habit of betrayal." Kyo asked as he looked at him and sat down on a bench nearby, he finished the drink and smoked. His robes whipped in the breeze, he began to play his instrument after he drew the sword and sheath and set them down nearby.

“Then who the hell pulled you out and back to the land of the living?” Scorpius questioned as he didn’t really hold the vague anger from his tone of voice. He watched Kyo carefully as he remained prepared for anything. “I could ask for a better explaination of yourself at this hour.” He muttered, “I have a lot on my mind.” He stated blandly. He didn’t want to go into much detail since he just figured it wasn’t any of his business since it’s only a matter of time before one pushed the other. Yet, he also started to pick out that this might be different. “Or they just haven’t made their move towards you yet. For me, they all run away.” He added seeming not impressed but he did pick out that kyo seemed to be light-hearted unlike the last time they met. “Just that they all believed you were dead. I’m sure they were all relieved too.” He added with a slight spark of amusement in is tone. “I survived. No complaints. The same with most of those that fought with me. But then I also helped them prepare so it was a given they’d survive.” He said almost a little too not acceptabley. “I’m actually doing better then what could have been expected, all things considered.” He watched Kyoshiro from the corner of his eyes. “No, probably not.” He said in a calmer tone. “I know my sister won’t after everything that went on last year... same as that ex of yours.”
Glancing to Kyo, he watched his features. He could pick out that Kyo wanted something. It was clear as day-or night as they were. He wasn’t about to hand over his friend to likes of Kyo. He knew that a lot has changed. He could tell that a lot happened in changing Kyo’s life as much as his own otherwise they would be trying to kill each other. His mind ran back to Callie, knowing that she’ll be slightly pissed when she finds out that he talked to Kyo instead of trying to kill the man. “What sort of business do you have with Albus?” he questioned.
He thought about the question wanting to choose his words carefully as he watched Kyo taking a seat on a bench. He slowly but casually followed but remained at a distance. “In a sense; you could say that.” he said keeping his tone neutral. “Did he have something with you that he betrayed you over?” he enquired.

"Oh Albus is just a score to settle I’ll be honest I’m here to finish my war, my comrades died and if it wasn’t for the fact I hate needless blood shed I would have come simply to take heads and I would lay them as tribute to my fallen friends, but no my business with Albus is pain I want him to hurt and live so I can keep on hurting him. He was one of the leaders of my enemies and since he hasn’t ended his attempt to rain terror on other people neither has my war." Kyo said merrily he had been in a good mood and suddenly he started laughing. When he realized how out of the ordinary it was for him to talk to Scorpius in such a friendly way, he turned to face Scorpius smiling and set down his instrument. "You know I hope this doesn’t sound strange but actually all the times we fought I never really minded it or took it personally you fought me straight forward and never resorted to dirty tricks. The same with your sister I can actually say I respect you." Kyo thought how much stranger it was for him to admit that to Scorpius. as he pulled out his smokes and light one and offered one to Scorpius "This place is just as beautiful as I remember and I don’t expect everyone to jump with joy from my return.” He said as he looked at him, sure about his feelings and what he was doing. After all not everything was a fight sometimes it was just a good thing to make an ally out of an old enemy, he’d always respected the man and his sister. The wind was calm and so was the weather.

“Where did you get your info from?” Scorpius questioned as he watched Kyo from the corner of his eyes. “Albus isn’t want you think. Not to mention he’s just a waste of time.” he added. He couldn’t believe that Kyo was actually thinking that he’d just hand over his friend. ”Everyone wants to see that with Albus but trust me he’s not worth it. He’s all talk. No matter what you’ve heard. He couldn’t pull off a planned attack against your comrades” he said. He looked to Kyo strangely when the man burst out laughing. He brushed it off and chose to ignore it when the guy stopped just as he started.
“Speak for yourself.” he said a little colder than he intended it to come out. “You attacked my sister!” he looked at Kyo with a partial dark look. “Whatever made you think I was just going to take that lying down? There was no point in resorting to dirty tricks when I could have defeated fair and square. Only you have a tendency to run away when you’ve met your match!” he stated keeping the hostility from his tone. But he did have to admit that regardless he too had to respect the man however, he wasn’t about to give Kyo that satisfaction. Not yet. He shrugged vaguely as he accepted the offer from Kyo and took a smoke and lit it.
“In a hundred years this place still won’t change.” he said in a lower tone before he took a drag from the smoke. He looked around the place himself as he did have to agree. “Why did even try to think that? After all the sh*t last year over you and the way you clashed against the flow of everything. No one is going to be satisfied that your alive, well, and back! My sister will also be on the side that you should parish.” he said. He continued to think about the request that kyo presented over Albus. He also had to admit that they’ve all been through a lot the last year and he had to choose things carefully as he had a kid and kota to watch out for but in the end, he knew that it couldn’t ever be forgiven. “After some short term consideration here, I have to deny.” he said as he looked to Kyo with a deadly look. “I can’t hand over Albus Potter over to you! As much as we may respect each other its a waste of time and I can’t hand him over to you. I can’t allow that to happen to Albus. Especially, since you don’t have your facts straight.”

"The fact he was his masters loyal little dog and everyone was so quick to follow him that’s where." Kyo said evenly. “I won’t disagree that normally he would be a waste of my time but he has truly pissed me off. What I think is that he is my enemy so in that sense he is what I think." Kyo was starting to get bored of the conversation fast. So he decided to resume playing as they talked. "Anyone involved with the deaths of those I had to lay to rest. Are in for pain just to be honest, I left after I had ordered a full retreat only to bury my friends and then to face my own battle of sorts. I was given a gift of pain so I have come to repay that gift." Kyo listened as Scorpius rambled on again just as he always had.
Kyo couldn’t help but laugh "Scorpius you’re just the same as always. It’s refreshing actually but your just the same your sister tried to kill the woman I loved did you think I would take THAT! Lying down?" Kyo smiled as he said it he set his instrument down and reached into his robes for his gourd of sake and 2 gla*ses. "This is the finest sake in all Japan." He said as he held it up to Scorpius and then filled the gla*ses. "Here have a drink with me" Kyo said cheerfully “Then you can set your facts straight I’m not accepting a heartfelt welcome from everyone, and if you can point why I wouldn’t want to flay Albus alive the entire better." Kyo's mood improved with every word "and besides I wasn’t asking you to hand him over just asking you to stay out of the way." Kyo honestly could respect the man’s loyalty. A most noble aspect though the recipient of this was not truly worthy of this notion.
Kyo has been rather fond of what he was going to talk to him, this was refreshing. He liked talking with his onetime enemy as a possible acquaintance rather than enemy any more. Kyo liked talking to him after all it wasn’t like they were trying to kill each other. He was sure that he was going to enjoy this conversation, for the moment he was going to talk to him about things.

”His master’s loyal little dog? And everyone so quick to follow him?” Scorpius had to question with a smirk. He was amused by the thought of it all. He almost wanted to burst out laughing at the absurd idea that Albus planned for people to follow him, join him, and to plan this attack on Kyoshiro. ”Thats absurd!” he said still sounding amused while holding back a slight chuckle. ”No offense here Kyoshiro, but you’re just as absurd as that idea of yours. You have no actual proof that Albus did any of that which you claim he has done. To think and believe that he could even have the comprehension of pulling off such a drastic and horrid ordeal is equally absurd. Which either way I wouldn’t hand him over or even remotely help anyone but Albus in this situation.” he said still amused but with a chuckle as he shook his head. He couldn’t believe that the man actually believed his own words. He knew that his amusement wasn’t going to help any in this situation but at the moment he was too amused to even try and stop.
”Forgive me for being able to say the same about yourself. Then I guess you should have either ‘A’ handled it differently or ‘B’ left my sister alone to begin with. Since Callie wouldn’t do anything to start with and she’s full of empty threats unless it has my name attached.” he stated in a dry tone. He glanced to Kyo as the gla*s was held out to him. He took it to be nice. He swirled it around in the gla*s carefully as he took in its scent. ”Thanks. But Callie is harmless unless like I said she has my name in there. Anything done to her though and she comes to me or it gets reported to me I will handle it.” he stated before he took a swig of the sake. ”Like I said, you have no proof that it was Albus. It’s only a belief. I personally know that Albus wouldn’t do it since that man wouldn’t have the ability to even remotely hurt a baby let alone kill one. Not to mention the night it was listed off to have happen, I know where Albus was. He was breaking up with my sister that night. I will not be able to stay out of your way if you choose to go after Albus.” he finished saying before he finished off the sake. ”I have had stronger.” he said as he handed the gla*s back to the man.
He glanced around the grounds before he looked back to Kyoshiro. ”Any other leads on who might have done it?” he questioned as he put the smoke out. He wasn’t sure if what he had said would derail Kyo from Albus over everything that happened last year but he did know a few things that he would have to do and he knew that he wouldn’t have a lot of time. None the less, he kept himself unreadable to Kyo.
