Miles was inside the house that he had rented. It was small, but with the work that he had done, it was cozy and it would do for him and Remmy, if she agreed to live with him. When he was older, he would be able to buy a house, one that was a lot bigger than this one. The furniture was old, but it was clean and somewhat comfortable. Nothing in this house was new and none of it was from his parents’ house. He would have to continue working odd jobs around London to be able to afford the rent every month, but he could handle it. It was what Miles had to do to be able to afford this house anyways.
He cleaned up the place, making sure there was no dust and then he made the bed in his room. Remmy should be showing up soon and he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. He had only rented this place for her. He could handle living on the streets, but he didn’t want her to have to do it. Maybe if she didn’t want to move in with him, he’ll give the house to Kota for her and Anna and he’ll go back on the streets, but he’ll continue to pay for it. If none of them wanted it, then Miles would simply give it back. There was a contract, but he made sure that he was allowed to give the house back any time he wanted to.
He went back downstairs to the kitchen where he grabbed a blueberry muffin that he had bought and went outside, standing on the sidewalk in front of the house, like he had told Remmy that he would be. Miles looked at the outside of it and made a face. It was ugly, but it would do for right now. He was only fourteen. He was glad that he was able to rent a house. Good thing he looked older than what he was. He tended to use that to his advantage sometimes. Well, most of the time. He munched on the muffin, looking up and down the street, hoping Remmy would be there soon.

Remmy was sitting in the common area watching all the other hufflepuff’s talk about Christmas braek and the Halloween/ Scorpius Malfoy’s party she found it strangted that Callista was inviting the whole school, but guessed that with all the vampires no one would dare start trouble. Rehema really hated this school and the fact that she was stuck here for three more years. Then a thought hit her like a bag of bricks and she jumped up, what if an adult realized that her uncle was died and she had nowhere to go but the streets? She didn’t want them to send her away to a foster home. Remmy didn’t want to leave Miles they just started a relationship after years of just being friends she didn’t want it to end because she was forced away.
Rehema still had nightmares about the two months she was on the streets in Japan running from her father. The sad points was that she was still trying to hide from him and scared that every day he will pop up and kill her, sometimes she woke up screaming but has not told Miles about it knowing that he had a lot on his plate with his siblings and all she heard that Kota might be pregnant again after she got drunk. Remmy shook her head why Kota and Scor just didn’t get back together it was so clear that they loved other.
When the owl flow in Remmy jumped and took the letter tightly in her hands, as she opened it with shaky hands has her father found her? Was she going to have to run away from school? Getting the guts to open it she smiled no matter where Miles was he could always make her smile. It was a map with directions to a house she thought only because there was an address there in the note. Grabbing a coat she snuck out of the common area and found a fire place; saying the street name she disappeared and reappeared in an old house that looked empty shrugging she walked out of the house and started to look for Miles. Turning around in a circle she stopped at a gray house and smirked as she stared at Miles; walking up to him she wrapped her arms around him and kissed his cheek “What’s all this my love?”
