& I WAKE UP EVERY EVENING WITH A BIG SMILE ON MY FACE ( and it never seems out of place ) Jedrek reserved the pitch for a team practice and was now sending a letter to everyone on the team. He knew that they were all fairly good players, but practice made perfect and that was what he wanted. He was tough. Jed was one that didn't like to lose. He didn't believe those people that said it was just a game. For him, it wasn't just a game. If he failed at quidditch, he would probably fail in life.
He looked up at the sky. It looked like it was going to rain. Well, if it did, he would force his team to remain out there and practice. Some games took place in the middle of storms. He knew of a game in his uncle was in at school and it rained. His team had to learn to see through rain. Bad weather or not, this practice was going to happen.
Jedrek grabbed his broom and looked around for some of his team, but didn't see any, so he left the common room and went upstairs and outside. He sure hoped that he didn't have a run in with anyone. He remembered his last run in with someone from a rival team. He was in the hospital wing for a few weeks. They had to hide his broom so he wouldn't find it because he kept wanting to fly, injury or not.
Jedrek quickened his pace until he saw that the pitch was empty and awaiting his team to practice on it. Jedrek stood at the entrance, holding his broom over his shoulder and looking at the castle. He hoped his team showed up soon. He didn't like tardiness for quidditch practice.

xXx Bring me joy, bring me peace Bring the chance to be free Bring me anything that brings You glory October 20, 2022 2:23 pm Esther was wandering around the school, trying to find Conrad. It had been awhile since she saw him and she wanted to spend some time with him, if only so he would pay attention to her. Being in different houses was bad, as they didn't see each other alot, but it also made Jed see that he wasn't a bad guy and that was what he wanted. Esther wanted him to be happy, so she brought it upon herself to make sure that the two worked out thier differences and get along.
As she was walking up the steps to the seventh floor she got the word of thier being a quidditch practice. Because she didn't want to be late, knowing what Jed would do to her if she was, Essie turned around and ran down to the dungoens and into the common room, upstairs to her dorm. She grabbed the broom-latest model, she made sure her dad bought her the best-and ran back out.
It didn't take long for to the get outside and she looked up at the sky. What was the guy playing at? It was going to rain. Esther liked rainy days, but she didn't know if she could fly during a storm. That was something that she'd never done before. Her father wouldn't let her. She sighed exasperatedly and went to the pitch. Of course, Jedrek was already there. She grinned at him. "Hey, Captain, what's up? You realize it's going to rain, right?"
